I would bring KKD for Pathan and Tyagi for Dinda .. maybe I would go with another batsman instead of Ishant.. I would have also liked to replace Rohit though there is no substitution left in the 15

Karthik does well down the order.

Where else will he get some good match practice? i'd want him to play more he put in effort, bowling as well as feilding showed some application while batting too, didn't throw away his wicket like the 'specialists'
