Anakin Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Good ole Dhoni. I think we should have dual captaincy' date=' Sehwag for the press and Dhoni for the field. It'll be perfect.[/quote'] :two_thumbs_up::haha::haha:
Ram Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Time for a new conspiracy theory from Morriz Mirror. No more theories. Why should I waste my precious time coming up with all these 'theories' only to be laughed at by people like fire_brigade :D

vvvslaxman Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Dhoni can also be blunt. But he generally does that when he assesses about our own team. He doesn't say much about opposition.
vvvslaxman Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 It's the ol' good cop-bad cop routine. We always love cool villains don't we? Hans Gruber, Joker :winky:
Ram Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 So what Dhoni is essentially saying is that there are plenty of bad reasons because of B'desh cannot take 20 wickets.. Sneaky..!
DomainK Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 So what Dhoni is essentially saying is that there are plenty of bad reasons because of B'desh cannot take 20 wickets.. Sneaky..! Dhoni has carefully selected his words. Sehwag had said that BD can not take 20 Indian wickets. Dhoni said "there is no reason why they should not take 20 wickets". That does not translate to they 'can' take 20 Indian wickets. There is a lot of difference between 'should' and 'can'. As an international side playing for several years, they should. But can they?

Yet, lets watch the B'deshi fans heap praise on Dhoni for his 'modesty'..
MUMBAISKIPPER Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Is there anything wrong between Dhoni and Veeru??

thevortex Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Dhoni can also be blunt. But he generally does that when he assesses about our own team. He doesn't say much about opposition. Very true. And that is something I dont enjoy sometimes. Criticism within ranks must be for the dressing room. Not for the public and press at large. That is how I see it. ________ WEB SHOWS

ViruRulez Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Sehwag pwned Read his statement carefully .. Dhoni indirectly said that if Bangles cannot take 20 wickets then they are not worthy of playing test cricket.. read his statement properly and you will realize what he has said :winky:

Deleted_User_1 Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 That is why Dhoni is captaan and Sehwag is not. Diplomacy is sometimes required.
