Your team is struggling in the bowling department and 2 of your foreigners are specialist spinners. It would have made more sense if narine wasnt there and sena was played. Gambhir has shown in this IPL for sure...that be not getting Indian captaincy full time...he spared the whole Indian cricket fans of his stubburn yet stupid decesion. Gambhir dont like Tendo. He never get chances. Kallis is stuggling big time...so he should have been dropped & Tendo tried in his place. But No....plus..the whole world knows that KKR batting is a joke...so instead of bringing in Baz in to strengthen the batting...he presist with 2 foreign spinners. Plus whats the point of having foreign Fast bowlers when you will never play them. & I didnt mention his decsion to keep playing Tiwary & Pathan (Tiwary is not playing due to his injury..& its not that Gambhir got a idea...I think his bulb is fuse anyway). KKR is out from this year race. The top 4 will be from teams that are currectly occupying top 5 position. Hoping KKR do better in auction thsi year & make the team better for next 3 IPL seasons. All of the players in the team are individual superstars of their own but they just have not united. GG has been utter rubbish as a captain. Where are those clowns who said Dhoni should be replaced? Dhoni is easily the best captain of India after kapil and ganguly. Ganguly have failed in all aspects of captaincy. It was his performance rather captaincy that helped KKR. If I were gambo, i would have dropped yuppa and other non-performers and given chance to the likes of abdullah and shami. Why dont they play Tendo? He can hit sixes at will, but its about intent. KKR needs to ask Kallis to be a bit more aggressive. Dont forget, his bowling isnt bad. As for shakib, has not really lighted the IPL on fire but not much is expected because KKR has not utilized him properly. But apart from CSK, any other IPL team would enjoy having shakib in their rank given that there arent too many quality foreign spinners, and none of them are half as good as shakib with the bat What really plays into KKR's hand is that their players are suited to Indian conditions. Kallis is not playing his best. Only Morgan & Narnie has been consistent in this IPL. KKR rightly havent won much due to their poor team selection & bad form. Even Gambhir have done nothing with bat IMO. I mean as a captain & opener (that also experienced Indian ex-opener) scoring 15-20 runs in T20...dont think thats top class form & consistancy. Agree that poor team selection is the reason for their loss. And maybe, they deserve wooden spoon. i want them to perform but the way they take on the field, they look like 11 different cricketers taking on the field and not a team, well the only exception is gambo and sir ravindra jacques bhatia Al Sobers. My guess is that KKR will go for 2 mystry spinners again....with other 2 foreign players being Kallis & Morgan. Looking forward to Pathan & maybe return of Tiwary in the team.
