Aus team looks really good to go for the trophy because they have a superior pace attack. But, they still lack a spinner, which is crucial in India even if it is T20s Pak team to me look equally fav to win based on a balanced bowling attack which is very good in T20s. They also have superb strikers of the ball in Razzaq and Afridi. India have a fabulous batting line-up, but bowling-wise they are probably the worst team among all the top teams SA have a good all-round team, but a long history of choking. I doubt if SL, Eng, NZ have the firepower to go all the way, but in a T20 tournament, anything can happen.

I really hope we lose this T20 world cup, if we win this one then we are definitely getting screwed big time in the ODI world cup. ODI world cup over T20 anyday. Good Luck poyz, hope you guys win this win, Afridi will definitely bite the cup afterwards.

i think West Indies have a good chance too,they r hosts n a full strength WI team has many T20 batters like Gayle,Pollard,Smith,Bravo n Chanders.. i think as usual SA n NZ will choke in Semis.Aus have good squad but thier lack of spinner will cost them. Indian selectors has severely decreased its chance by excluding Irfan.but still i think we have good chance

I want the Proteas to win, but I'm not stupid enough to count on it. T20 cricket is unpredictable at best, so I think the field is wide open. We may be in for a surprise or two. I think NZ has a good chance. WI has the firepower, but will they be able to keep it together? India may very well take the trophy back.

what about this sequence? India won 1983 world cup but coundnt defend it in in 1987 pak won 1992 but couldnt defend it in 1996 1999-Pak reached the final but lost to australia 2003-India reached the final but lost to australia 2007- both teams(pak+ind) got knocked out in the first round 2007 t20 world cup- both pak+ind reached the final where india won 2009 t20 world cup- india didnt reach final and Pak won it looks like eithr both pak nd india will miss out, or india to reach the final and win it.

India will win. Ishant bowling in turning wickets and the ability to spin both ways with 120 -130 kph, he will be very hard to pick. Man of the series in T20 my call.
