Sachin=GOD Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Watched another classic Hitchcock movie - The man who knew too much - Good suspense movie, but an okish thriller by Hitchcock's standards (considering Vertigo, Psycho and Rear Window). Also watched another courtroom drama - Anatomy of a murder. Absolutely brilliant movie James Stewart was a fine actor of his time :nice: Two more Hitchcock's classics on the watch list this week - rope and North by Northwest many people say that its one of the best movies ever made. I though it was (highly) overrated :--D

Sachin=GOD Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 Sachin Tendulkar is overrated :beee: you like Inception and then you call anything/anyone else "overrated" :hehe:
Laaloo Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 you like Inception and then you call anything/anyone else "overrated" :hehe: I love Inception and I loved the batman movies even more but SRT is overrated :winky: I guess each to their own
hhunaeh Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 I hated inception and its card board characters. I didn't feel a thing for any of the characters and couldn't care what happened to any of them. I liked batman trilogy, but i like most super hero movies other than a few like iron man and the george clooney batman. maybe somebody should make a thread on movies you hate and why.
Sachin=GOD Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 I love Inception and I loved the batman movies even more but SRT is overrated :winky: I guess each to their own :two_thumbs_up:
SLICKR392 Posted August 6, 2013 Posted August 6, 2013 ++++++++++++++ and the Dark Knight Trilogy :vroam: :poink: Argo was meh and highly overrated.
Debutant Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 I watched Oblivion. Not a new movie though. Nice action, twist and turns. Great movie. Olga was looking stunning as always :--D
Detonator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Like Inception. :vroam: Honestly yes. When I first watched Matrix, I didn't undertand a single thing. All I knew was they are using dream world to shoot the cool fight scenes. :giggle: BUT, when I watched Inception, something came to my mind that this movie is suspiciously similar to Matrix at the basic template. Then I watched Matrix in HD again. Man, at that time the first Matrix movie is wayy superioir than Inception. Be it the story, acting, the various tints they used, the action, music, philosophy. In short the first Matrix movies beats Inception in a huge margin. And they did 8 yrs before Inception. Not taking any credit from Inception, it's a great movie on it's own. But when comes to Matrix vs Inception, I would rate Matrix better. Part 2 and 3 are a bit overloaded, but they are still awesome if u watch multiple times. :two_thumbs_up:

Inception is an amazing piece of imagination. Both are as significant in their own place.
Sachin=GOD Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 :poink: Argo was meh and highly overrated. you like TDK :headshake: the 2nd one in the trilogy was the only one worth watching but even that wasn't great. Argo was definitely meh - this film winning the Best Film Oscar is a complete joke.
