cowboysfan Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 Its off to a rocky start but i am sure he will come back with a great performance.
saneindian Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 After the 2 100s in Zimbabwe, has had 4 failures now. Same with Kohli, both have been inconsistent. Today's failures could be partly due to travel fatigue, but against poyzz hopefully they will come good.

saneindian Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 Kohli hasnt been inconsistent ' date=' he wudnt be avgn 50+ otherwise[/quote'] Yep, you are right. 3 50s in last 6 games, so calling him incosnsitent was harsh on my part. Good thing is that the trend has ben a 50 followed by a low score. So hopefully the low score today will follow a bigger one in the next match vs padosis.

Yea Kohli did in 10 ODIs wat Rohit cudnt do in 30+
IKnowU Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Rohit to save the day if India batting collapses to the padosis fake missiles Hes only successful if there is a collapse......if he comes when the game is pretty much sealed he doesnt seem to do very well.
cowboysfan Posted June 19, 2010 Author Posted June 19, 2010 forget about the drop rohit,i know you can come through.you will be a legend one day.
cowboysfan Posted June 19, 2010 Author Posted June 19, 2010 no need to worry,he will make it count in the finals.
Chandan Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 no need to worry' date='he will make it count in the finals.[/quote'] Not so sure about final but he has certainly risen when India needed a partnership badly, even in this inconsequential tie. A welll made half ton and is still helping Dhoni letting India come out of a precarious position.
philcric Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 He lacks common sense when batting with the tail though. Taking singles off the first delivery of the over when batting with tailenders. Did the same thing in T20 WC.

Tendulkar_Bhai Posted June 22, 2010 Posted June 22, 2010 We NEED Rohit to come through as he seems to be the natural replacement for the likes of Dravid/Laxman in both forms of the game, he does sometimes throw his wicket away and take inappropiate runs, but he's agressive and plays well under pressure and had enough experience now where he needs to cement his place and we can worry about more important positions i.e. the fast bowling!
