Ok. I enjoyed the whole movie, only part I didn't get was how did Saito and Dom wake up? They show Saito handling a gun, but wouldn't that just take them to a lower level? My friend said the sedative would have worn off by now thus making death an option.
Thats one thing, the other thing I did not get is how he went from the state of limbo that Fisher (and Mol) were in to the 'limbo' that Saito was in. How did he find Saito? Is he in the same ' 4th level' ? Or did he have to go to a further 5th level, and if so...how?? In this state of limbo the time span will be 1000's of years, they wake up toward the end of a 10 hour flight, which is when the drugs would have worn off. But that would have meant them living through those thousands of years in that state of limbo wouldnt it, before they could wake up at the end of the flight and at the end of their drug effects?? (Arthur, Ariadne etc would have had to wait a week in the 'level 1' dream before their drugs started to wear off ) Cobb and Saito shooting themselves would have only sent them back into 'further limbo' right? not served as a kick surely...(unless they did, as you say, do that toward the end of the drug-effects whichd mean they just wake up) How are they sane having lived for so very long??! Certainly Cobb didnt seem like he did live that long, even if Saito was very old. Which all basically means he is still dreaming at the end- The top dosent fall does it?!

Limbo is a shared state..all the people connected share the limbo which is mostly designed by the person who has already been in limbo, which is cobb. Anyway, since limbo is shared cobb and saito can co-exist.

^Interesting Ok mayhaps. How about the time element.. do they live for thousands of years in this limbo, before awakening on the plane?

I think once they are dead in Limbo, they wake up. The reason that saito could like forever in limbo is because once he dead in the dream and goes to limbo, he doesnt know he is dreaming. But once he does and shoots himself, he can wake up from all the dreams. Cobb ofcourse has to go thro' all his previous dreams to wake up if he was still alive in those dreams.

btw' date=' I have had a two layer dream twice. cool as phuk.[/quote'] As far as I can recollect I once had a 4 layered dream where I woke up back to reality the moment I realized I am in a dream only to realize a little later I am still in a dream. :--D

I think. :hmmm: Easier to believe that than thinking theyve been in limbo for eternity :cantstop:

I think once they are dead in Limbo' date=' they wake up..[/quote'] "death was the only escape"-from limbo ,the idea cobb gave to this wife(and rather unfortunate results).

So its this movie better den avataar cuz i havent seen any of dem.....
Avatar was a horribly over-blown boring movie if not watched in 3D, which i didn't. But they are re-releasing avatar in 3D soon, so i will get one more chance to watch it in 3D or 4D. Inception is one of the best original movies ever made.

still Matrix Triology > Inception ; first Matrix movie alone >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Inception Not taking anything from Inception. it's very well made but not an original. It heavily borrows from eXistenZ, Dreamscape and Paprika, which sorta ruins it.
