King Tendulkar Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 From what I have seen' date=' he seems like a gentleman.[/quote'] Tell that to Sehwag!:haha:
Lord Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Will do. I remember one of the games down under where he was wrongly dismissed close to a double century' date=' he went down and shook the umpires hand. Must be something about India he doesn't like?[/quote'] that was different,he wasnt captain then.he was gentleman then, but after being captain, hes completely changed colours
Duckworth&Lewis Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I thought this thread was about his batting. :dontknow:
TheWall Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I thought this thread was about his batting. :dontknow: It is. Unfortunately his antics have superseeded his batting.:hysterical::hysterical:
Sachinism Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Sanga's average in the 4th innings is also very impressive, 1st match innings 50.11 2nd match innings 68.26 3rd match innings 58.97 4th match innings 41.88 But what I most like about Sanga is his appealing. He really brought a new dimension to it. :hysterical:
Bradman99 Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 What's a lil dark man from a small island gonna do in a country like Australia? protest to the white guy He accepted his fate and used the only weapon he had - sarcasm Don't see what skin colour has to do with this mate.
Bradman99 Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 that was different' date='he wasnt captain then.he was gentleman then, but after being captain, hes completely changed colours[/quote'] Well all I'm saying is from what I remember of him he was a gentleman- haven't seen anything to suggest otherwise.
Lord Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Well all I'm saying is from what I remember of him he was a gentleman- haven't seen anything to suggest otherwise. did u see yesterday's incident with Sehwag?that wasnt gentlemanly stuff n Sanga clearly ordered Randiv
Bradman99 Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 did u see yesterday's incident with Sehwag?that wasnt gentlemanly stuff n Sanga clearly ordered Randiv Nah mate tell me about it. I don't really follow the incidents and stuff of games other than Australia- all I do is check out the results every here and there.
Lord Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Nah mate tell me about it. I don't really follow the incidents and stuff of games other than Australia- all I do is check out the results every here and there. Sehwag was on 99 with one to win n this happened 34.4 Randiv to Sehwag, 1 no ball, match is over, but Sehwag has been denied the century. And this is a big no-ball, must I point out? His back foot was close to over-steeping, forget about the front foot. Anyway Sehwag smashed it for six over long-off, but they don't count because the game finishes at no-ball. He raises his arms, but then realises the century is not completed. Doesn't matter to him. He says: "It often happens. When a batsman is on 99 and the scores are level, bowlers try to bowl no-balls and wides. It happens in cricket. Fair enough." What a man earlier in the over,Sanga let go 4 byes n was clearly instructing Randiv to bowl a no ball,u could hear him screaming century in between
Duckworth&Lewis Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 I don't think yesterday's incident was Sanga's move. But one thing is sure, India is not his favorite country. And I'm not surprised about it after all those UDRS and other *****y issues initiated by them.
Andy Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 ^ Lol what a tool. It seems Sanga Nanga was dinied an oppurtunity to win the series by that or some huge feat. And why wont Sanga Nanga hate India, since he is been made captain check out how many series he has lost against India. :giggle:
Duckworth&Lewis Posted August 17, 2010 Posted August 17, 2010 Whining or winning or loosing is part of the game. That's not the issue there. But what disgraceful act is this? Criticizing a great cricketer through a fake thread mentioning his achievements.

Sir_Afridi Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 WI gains a point for drawing a series at home while Pakistan doesnt get any point for drawing away series. Sangakara is right about this flawed rankings system.
vvvslaxman Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 WI gains a point for drawing a series at home while Pakistan doesnt get any point for drawing away series. Sangakara is right about this flawed rankings system. That is because your team is better ranked nation.
Sid Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 WI gains a point for drawing a series at home while Pakistan doesnt get any point for drawing away series. Sangakara is right about this flawed rankings system. +++++++++ Pak should be given atleast 10 pts IMO,2 for drawing the series and 8 for playing without any controversies.
