Eoin Morgan should win the Emerging Player of the Year easily
Amir Goddy for cricketer of the year, been awesome in both ODIs and Tests What about Watto, had a fantastic year

What exactly has Dhoni done of note for getting nominated in all three categories.
Well you see Dhoni is perhaps on of the greatest batsman of all time and coupled with his awesome wicket keeping its quite obvious why really.
