will try....but its very difficult for me to give up these things :((
Then don't even try. If you're gonna do it, do it properly. Else don't. You'll never be able to do it properly otherwise.

Leaving aside Arnold, which movie actor inspires you most ? Mine is this guy. http://www.menshealth.co.uk/building-muscle/get-big/the-complete-jason-statham-workout-106592
Never a guy for body building, and enjoy my tub of food. But if there is someone who has inspired me to lose drastically, it is Christian Bale. He is a legend. Went from 88 to 55 in matter of months for Machinist, and gained back to 100+ for Batman in a year, again lost another 20-25 kgs for the Fighter. Personally replicated him to an extent 2 yrs back when I lost 33 kgs in about 6 months. But regained it. Now again planning on losing another 20 short term and 10 long term to stabilize. Losing isn't a problem, stablizing is. :((

You do realize that while Bale's dedication for his work might be admirable what he did i snot really healthy and not advisable from medical perspective.

Ok so here's two kickass body-weight routines. One is crossfit and the a pushup based chest workout. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/star-crossed-bob-harper-cross-fit-workout.html [ame=

chest workout - 30 minutes routine - How to get big chest - YouTube[/ame] Both are good and will challenge your fitness. With the chest workout I figured I'd eventually use a heavy bag on my back to up the intensity. But boy was I mistaken. On it's own it's a pretty good workout. With the cross-fit workout, which I do 1-2 times a week I have now managed a best time of 35 mins. Give both workouts a shot guys and tell me what you think.

Arnold on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/1i2w2z/best_damn_cardio_humanly_possible_in_15_minutes/cb0ky70

Thanks for sharing this. Everybody, behave and stop bickering. This is about inspiring more people to get into fitness. I've never understood people who argue constantly about who is wrong and who is right in fitness, because the fact is, there are many "right" answers, especially for people just starting out. Do you think Sergio Oliva and I did the same thing? No. In fact, you could walk into Gold's and watch the 5 best guys and see 5 completely different routines. And you know what? We didn't argue. Do me a favor. Try to focus more on expanding the fitness community as a whole than protecting your little corner of it.

Crossfit just went full retard UKzq1upNIgU I'm a fan of CF workouts. I do not buy into the cult, I don't particularly care for kips, but I like their workouts and I like pushing myself harder each time. You get through amazing volume when doing their workouts. But heck guys there's no need to go full retard and overpush yourself! On a day when you just cannot push through I'm probably the first one to simply back off and come back another day.

Isn't running on treadmill damn easy compared to outdoor ? Running 3.5 KM on treadmill(in 20 mins) feels like body has just warmed up with almost no problem in breathing. I used to run outdoor as much as 5 kilometers but even 1.5 KMs on jogging track felt more difficult than 3.5 KMs on treadmill.

Absolutely !!! there is no comparison- running outdoors is 3 times tougher

The difference between cycling in the gym and on the road is much more stark than running on a treadmill and outside.
True that - when I tried cycling outside (granted it was after years) I was like WTF- made me feel so unfit. BTW what kind of seat you guys use when biking- I had to give up cos my ass hurts so bad even after few miles

It's like the first love - will hurt for a few days, no matter what seat you use. Do it 2-3 times a week and you'll be fine. There is extra padding available at most bike shops if you really need it, but if you do it regularly enough you should not feel the need.
