Jadeja	41.55	4.84
Yusuf	35	5.92
Mishra 51.5 4.97
Ojha 25 4.25

:hysterical:

OMG! How much more disingenuous can that GET! To twist a generic table I posted listing the performance of ALL our spinners as though I campaigning for the inclusion of Jadeja over Bhajji.. Didn’t realize you can stoop soooooo low..:hysterical:

And all along I’ve maintained that Jadeja is playing in the team as the back-up spinner. Who would the frontline spinner be? Apparently, according to Mr.Outsider, its not Bhajji because I pasted a table containing the stats of ALL our spinners.

Yes, lets drop the bowler who has the best Economy rate among all our bowlers to have played the most number of ODIs in the last 18 months..
Why are you avoiding to explain what this sentence means :

Why are you avoiding to explain what this sentence means :
Huh? Please don’t tell me you don’t understand that. :omg: Now that you at least concede I have only maintained him to be the back-up spinner, who do you think I was referring our front-line spinner to be? Raina? :hysterical: Only you can confuse a comparison of Jadeja’s performance with his peers, as a forthright case in favor of him, going forward.

Another gem from Morris :

Jadeja is only 4th choice specialist spinner, after Bhajji, Ojha and Ashwin
Yes, the other here refer to Yusuf, Mishra, Ojha and your favorites, Powar and Chawla.
Notice how Ojha is at once better and worse than Jadeja.

Morris thinks Jaddu is the second coming of Mankad. :winky:
And here’s what Mr.Outsider thinks; Jadeja ‘can’ develop a power game.. How that is even possible, no one really knows, unless he takes drugs.:hysterical: Jadeja can start delivering under pressure with the bat, not now, not in the next 12 months, but some time going forward by sheer magic.. :hysterical: If we’re playing 5 specialist bowlers, we should include Ramesh Powar ahead of Jadeja, never mind that he wouldn’t get into the B team with his fitness and fielding.

Once again, you should read more Mr. Ojha does not feature in my team, even though he’s the better spinner, because his fielding is questionable. You see, when I pick players, I actually make sure I look at all aspects, and not make ridiculous suggestions to bring back guys like Powar. :hysterical:

Surely' date=' it can't be that difficult to explain what that sentence means to a poor soul. :giggle:[/quote'] I should have stopped the moment you twisted a generic table I posted as a perceived support of Jadeja ahead of Bhajji in our team even though you know that was never the case. Never mind, you always learn something every day. Next time baby, next time.. :winky:

While we are here at posting gems, below is another good example:

I am not a religious person, but the CAPTAIN OF THE INDIAN CRICKET TEAM stating in no unclear terms, not ONCE, but TWICE that Jadeja is in the team more as a specialist spinner is not enough for some people. I pray that the son of God, Jesus, reincarnates once again and convinces the doubters. :hysterical:
Reality: link
India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni today said Ravindra Jadeja has the potential to evolve into a genuine all-rounder but the youngster needs to contribute more with the bat. Jadeja, who was dismissed for a first-ball duck in last night's league match against Sri Lanka, has mostly contributed with the ball. But Dhoni wants him to show some spark with the bat as well as he feels Jadeja was picked primarily as a batting all-rounder. "Jadeja needs to contribute more with bat. When he came into the team he was more of a batsman who could bowl. But now he has turned into more of a specialist bowler. He bowls at the death, he bowls in the power plays. "So, I think he is the best potential we can turn into an all-rounder," Dhoni said ahead of tomorrow's final in which India play Sri Lanka. The wicketkeeper-batsman said not having an in-form all-rounder was a concern.

But yea, here's the rest of it;
"Jadeja needs to contribute more with bat. When he came into the team he was more of a batsman who could bowl. But now he has turned into more of a specialist bowler. He bowls at the death, he bowls in the power plays. So, I think he is the best potential we can turn into an all-rounder," Dhoni said ahead of Thursday's final in which India play Sri Lanka. The wicketkeeper-batsman said not having an in-form all-rounder was a concern. "The lack of an all-rounder is a big concern. If you want to play with five bowlers then one or two of them need to bat. Jadeja has got the potential. He has done well in the IPL and domestic games. Now, he has got fair amount of chances in international level also and we are hoping that he clicks," Dhoni said. "He has done well in the bowling department and can even be called a specialist bowler. We hope that he stands out with his batting performance because he is the kind of guy who can give you stability at number six or seven. There are not many players that you can fill the spot right now," he added.
http://www.espnstar.com/cricket/news/detail/item457612/ So he'll conveniently post the part where Dhoni is HOPING that Jadeja contributes with the bat, while leaving out the part where Dhoni is STATING these days, Jadeja can actually be called a specialist spinner.. :hysterical:

Haha' date=' your flame has begun to fickle .... too bad, you can't change the fact that you got Pawned and laughed out of the thread :hehe:[/quote'] And you forgot your punch line... Start digging.. :hysterical:

i dunno man... he must be doing something to stay in the team. :omg:
Yes he did marry Dhoni's sister and is a saala of Dhoni. So jadeja is not going anywhere from Indian team till dhoni retires.:giggle:
