King Tendulkar Posted September 23, 2010 Author Posted September 23, 2010 The bizzare thing is pakis have had an awful summer and got demolished in all 3 series against england(hence ECB having all 3 trophies) Yet pakis think they have a good summer. These guys really do live in a bubble and are delusional in reality to what is happening in the world!

These guys really do live in a bubble and are delusional in reality to what is happening in the world! Ask yourself what you expected to happen in the series vs Aus and the series vs Eng before Pakistan arrived here. I'm pretty sure you expected a hammering worse than they received. And therefore is been a good summer for them.
ravishingravi Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 This has been a good summer for them. Even the most optimist fans were expecting a whitewash. They won two tests, two t 20s and two ODIs. In fact, Eng. has been sorely exposed in the series as a pretender.
saurabh2602 Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 THey are cornered tigers. When they are cornered they stay cornered. and when are not cornered, they get cornered :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:

Pakistan won fair share of games in all formats of the game on this tour. The best part was white washing Aus in 20/20 series.
vvvslaxman Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 What massacre :hmmm: The tour has been a success :aha: yes for us :two_thumbs_up:
vvvslaxman Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 How many sub 100 totals Pakistan registered on this tour?
Manny_Pacquiao Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 a handful of narrow fluke wins, but for the most part, a tour of CRUSHING defeats. hilariously bad batting and some really crappy bowling, the highlight being that wonderful 350 run partnership between broad and trott at lords. it is a successful tour tho, because the jobless dole scrounging paki bruvs of the UK got a chance to spend their government benefits to see their heroes in action throughout the summer, instead of having to work in ice cream parlours and taxi ranks like they normally would. everyone is hapy. and there was endless entertainment with the spot fixing exposee and all the nonsense spewed by pakis all around the world in response to it. good fun all around. 1st Test: Australia v Pakistan at Lord's - Jul 13-16, 2010 Australia won by 150 runs Australia 253 and 334; Pakistan 148 and 289 2nd Test: Australia v Pakistan at Leeds - Jul 21-24, 2010 Pakistan won by 3 wickets Australia 88 and 349; Pakistan 258 and 180/7 1st Test: England v Pakistan at Nottingham - Jul 29-Aug 1, 2010 England won by 354 runs England 354 and 262/9d; Pakistan 182 and 80 2nd Test: England v Pakistan at Birmingham - Aug 6-9, 2010 England won by 9 wickets Pakistan 72 and 296; England 251 and 118/1 3rd Test: England v Pakistan at The Oval - Aug 18-21, 2010 Pakistan won by 4 wickets England 233 and 222; Pakistan 308 and 148/6 4th Test: England v Pakistan at Lord's - Aug 26-29, 2010 England won by an innings and 225 runs England 446; Pakistan 74 and 147 (f/o) 1st ODI: England v Pakistan at Chester-le-Street - Sep 10, 2010 England won by 24 runs England 274/6 (41/41 ov); Pakistan 250/9 (41/41 ov) 2nd ODI: England v Pakistan at Leeds - Sep 12, 2010 England won by 4 wickets (with 3 balls remaining) Pakistan 294/8 (50 ov); England 295/6 (49.3 ov) 3rd ODI: England v Pakistan at The Oval - Sep 17, 2010 Pakistan won by 23 runs Pakistan 241 (49.4 ov); England 218 (45.4 ov) 4th ODI: England v Pakistan at Lord's - Sep 20, 2010 Pakistan won by 38 runs Pakistan 265/7 (50 ov); England 227 (46.1 ov 5th ODI: England v Pakistan at Southampton - Sep 22, 2010 England won by 121 runs England 256/6 (50 ov); Pakistan 135 (37 ov)
vvvslaxman Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 Pakistan has lost 6 of the last 8 tests played in England against England. won 1. We are yet to lose a test series in England since Dravid's test debut :icflove:

We are yet to lose a test series in England since Dravid's test debut :icflove: Actually we did lose test series when dravid made debut in 1996 it was 1-0 to England but Dravid & Ganguly made a good mark in that series i think since 2001 india hasnt lost a test series to england.

asterix Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 I think Pakistan should only play 2 match series in any form of cricket. That way they will never lose a series. That's BCCI's killer strategy in test series..:giggle:

Ya.. the one test they lost was before they made debut i think. Yes you are right. But that was the last series INdia lost to England home or away.
Ram Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 No one ‘massacred’ anyone.. England is a reasonable team.. The Pakistanis are eccentric at the best of times.. Imagine how bad things could get when their players have everything except murder and rape charges leveled against them? I mean, towards the end of it, it got so comical and chaotic out there in the field that the Sky sports commentary team was reduced to tears from laughing fits. How England managed to lose a test match and two ODIs against this team of players who spent more time with their lawyers than with their coach is baffling.
King Tendulkar Posted September 23, 2010 Author Posted September 23, 2010 No one ‘massacred’ anyone.. . England won all 3 trophies against Paks. They won test and 20/20 series with ease. It was a massacre. The fighting pathan going home with zero trophies back to conspirastan!

The fighting pathan going home with zero trophies back to conspirastan! You’re talking about a team that has won a ridiculous 3 test matches in the last FOUR years (2 of wins came in the last 3 months) and hasn’t won a bilateral ODI series in almost two years. If anything, them winning 2 tests and 2 ODIs on this trip is probably whats a ‘massacre’
saneindian Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 I am sure Poms would be disappointed not to have blanked Pakistan 4-0 and 5-0 in tests and ODIs, especially the ODIs. In their attempt to cut KP to size, Flower and Strauss nearly handed over the ODI series to Pakistan.
Manny_Pacquiao Posted September 23, 2010 Posted September 23, 2010 the best way to round off the tour would be with the ECB and england players suing the pakis and getting a nice settlement from ijaz ass and the paki high commish
