Karan114 Posted September 25, 2010 Author Posted September 25, 2010 Finally a wicket...Chawla gets Watson for 115
ZodiaC Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Watto gone?? :hmm: Should get two three quick wickets now.:heat:
Roshanrocks Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 79 : 283/1 wat a yawner with our present bowlin attack, we r screwed. hope our batting does well and we secure a draw in this series
Lord Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 so they get a look in at Ojha,n creamed others who r not gonna play anyway, not looking good:((
ZodiaC Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Easy folks, they're gonna struggle in turning pitches against Ojha/Mishra & Bhajji. We're gonna win the series 1-0 if not 2-0.

Bhajji?same guy who got trashed by Harris,Cooper in CLT20?he looks in terrible form as does Zak Ojha might be okay, but cant see him runing through them.

Who cares how they did in tontee tontee kirkut in SA? Tendiya Viru, Dravid, Laxman, will score heavily and Zak Bhajji and Sree are gonna seal it for us. :isalute:
ViruRulez Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Nearly forgot the match as I was out of home the whole day today but the scorecard does not look that great. Only good thing is that Ojha is economical though he did not take any wickets. Boring match from the looks. Maybe will watch for sometime tomorrow. Is it showing on Neo Sports?
msb1991 Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 If Sreesanth cannot take a wicket before Australia declare, surely he cannot play in the Test match.
cowboysfan Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 If Sreesanth cannot take a wicket before Australia declare' date=' surely he cannot play in the Test match.[/quote'] i think right now Ishant is the starter(ahead of Sreeshanth),this might change for the 2nd test when the aussies wallop Ishant.
Manny_Pacquiao Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 good stuff let the aussie batsmen get all their runs out of the way in the warm up. there wont be anything left when the 1st test begins.
The Outsider Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 I've played on the Sector 16 pitch and usually it has quite a bit of assistance for the quick bowlers in the first couple of hours. Surprised to see this scoreline but I guess the rain would have hampered pitch preparation.
achilles Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Ojha bowled 21 overs at the Econ of 1.09. Excellent stuff
Andy Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Surely our batters will score runs and we'll draw the series.
saneindian Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 329/3, Ojha gets the wickets of Punter and Clarke. Hope he does more damage today, would love to see him get North early and increase the pressure on him. Chawla has been disappointing. Shows how much he has regressed sicne the last Aus tour. IIRC, he had picked up a 5 wicket haul vs the Aussies in the practice match on that 2008 Aus tour to India
Chandan Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 Ojha takes out the skipper and and his deputy quickly when he came to bowl today. Neither could complete their half centuries.
ZodiaC Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 Marcus 'Jadeja' North in now with Tim Paine :cantstop: C'mon lads get em quick :two_thumbs_up:
