HowardRoark Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 I am in love with cricket - irrespective of the nationality, ethnicity or race of the individual concerned. If you have a problem with that I suggest you have no place in a forum for cricket lovers and should join a community of like minded spreaders of hate - the Klu Klux Klan perhaps or the British National Party where you can happily spend your days spreading bile filth, lies and racist poison about "pakis" ?! And yes as the Pakistan editor of the largest cricket website in the world, and someone whose writing illuminates issues of concern in an entertaining and engaging way, yes I would call him an eminent journalist - the fact that you think this equates to "loving all things paki" says all we need to know about you. Currently people who are in love with Cricket are hating Pakis big time :giggle: But please continue to bend your back to them and spread love, nobody's stopping you. Here is one of this 'cricket lover's' gem on his heartthrob ever sixteen Afridi in another thread: What an exasperating' date=' infuriating, enigmatic genius this mercurial Pathan warrior happens to be - the sort of person who would die for you yet rip the shirt off your back at a moment's notice - congratulations you lovable scoundrel![/quote'] WTF :hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical:
asterix Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 "Eminent Paki Journalist - Osman"...:hysterical:

Gunner_Mania Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 http://www.**********.net/ppforum/showthread.php?t=107243 Probably the most balanced article on the subject What is it with people posting articles and links from the 'Passionate' website these days. It is a Cricinfo article, so best post it as a CI article. http://www.cricinfo.com/magazine/content/current/story/477920.html
putrevus Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 That's trademark Pakistan counterattack' date=' without any substance. just compare this with the 26/11 episode. India accuses Pakistani establishment and keeps on coming up with various proof. Pakistan then comes back and accuses India of terrorist attacks..[/quote'] You are spot on,He did what Pakistan has done thru out their pathetic history , anyone blames us , we blame them right back and put our issues under the rug, but that counter attack has been mainly things involving India , Now he did against an ally country and their cricket board who have gone out of their way to help their pathetic board out of their political mess. This will end up costing them very dearly which I hope it happens sooner than latter .This has gone too far and too long , it has become joke. One of their classic statements which even today pisses me off when they were stripped from hosting world cup, this Idiot statement and many other Pakistanis,, " well Mumbai was attacked too so why does India get to host world cup", they are more worried about India hosting world cup rather than them losing the right to host it.
Mamu Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Even I say -- Osman is quite a level headed journalist. This is me saying that BTW, so it must carry a lot of weight.:--D
The Outsider Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Osman is not bad. And this is a pretty good piece. But, I am waiting for Abbasi to have a few hearty laughs. :winky:
ina_jawaan Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Osman is not bad. And this is a pretty good piece. But, I am waiting for Abbasi to have a few hearty laughs. :winky: Now THERE I have to agree with you - what a joker!! Have you seen his mugshot on his blog home page on cricinfo??!!!:omg: A shameless self-publicist and most unenlightening commentator - but great entertainment value!
Gunner_Mania Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Osman is not bad. And this is a pretty good piece. But, I am waiting for Abbasi to have a few hearty laughs. :winky: http://blogs.cricinfo.com/pakspin/archives/2010/09/hopeless_at_lords.php#more There you go:)
Mamu Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 I don't have a problem with Abbasi either, considering the journalistic abilities of other folks from that gutter of a nation. We are indeed blessed to have Abbasi and Osman !

HowardRoark Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Osman is not bad. And this is a pretty good piece. But, I am waiting for Abbasi to have a few hearty laughs. :winky: Abbasi has been fair with his latest article as he finally calls spade a spade throwing off the tainted glasses. Hope it is a beginning of change in the mindset of pakis with regards to the the blame game and conspiracy theories they habitually indulge in.
zen Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 "Pakistan or a Pakistani shots himself in the foot" ----> that's not a new headline :P
DomainK Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Osmamn is at least one of the better ones from Pakistan. Most of his articles are sensible. And that is great in the country of Chand Nawab.
The Outsider Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Guys, please cut it out with the personal attacks.
putrevus Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Was he the guy who called Umar Akmal as " serious talent announces himself " or was it Kamran Abbasi. I think he is the clown who suggested IPL should be run by ICC .
King Tendulkar Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Butt is pure comedy. Just like pak high commisoner and other pak.........:hysterical:
Guest Hiten. Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Ijaz Butt displayed some classic Paki josh, jazbaa, abd junoon. Listen here, the fool is actually accusing England of having fixed the 3rd ODI. I am pretty sure he was drunk while giving this interview : http://bit.ly/brSzE0 Sad part is, he does not believe in his team's ability to actually win a match without it being fixed.
SachDan Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Butt is pure comedy. Just like pak high commisoner and other pak.........:hysterical: Now buffoon demands removal of Lorgat :hysterical: http://tribune.com.pk/story/52559/pcb-demands-removal-of-haroon-lorgat/
