A good decision I must say, rather I am surprised to see a genuinly good decision here by PCB...

Question is pretty simple :- Why has he been dopped now from the ODI Squad -- where he has been quite phenomenal. He has been your best batsman in ODIs, so why drop him there?

Cricinfo has picked up the operation part now. He(Akaml) was operated on yesterday for appendicitis But the biggest surprise and what might provide masala later is that no captain has been named. PCB specifically said they will name captain only later. So Afridi might not be captain anymore
