vvvslaxman Posted October 9, 2010 Posted October 9, 2010 Bedi is right here about Hauritz & Swann. They both did equally well against Pakistan' date='one of the best spin playing team.[/quote'] Are you talking about Hauritz the batsman or bowler?
gult Posted October 9, 2010 Posted October 9, 2010 Bedi is right here about Hauritz & Swann. They both did equally well against Pakistan' date='one of the best spin playing team.[/quote'] I nominate this for POTW :two_thumbs_up::hysterical:

Clarke Posted October 10, 2010 Posted October 10, 2010 Bedi is right here about Hauritz & Swann. They both did equally well against Pakistan' date=one of the best spin playing team. yep, definitely in the top 10.
thevortex Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 :hysterical::hysterical: Yes, sir - you figure Hauritz does not drift the ball outside the offstump and then spins it off the wicket?! Remember we are not talking about whether Swann and Hauritz have the same effectiveness. Its about the style and the thought process that goes behind the action.
putrevus Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Hauritz another victim of RSI Hauritz back in January must have thought wow I am doing great I am getting so many wickets against Pakistan who are sub continent and scored 75 runs.Then he came to India on high since he started working under spin guru Ricky Ponting for three months getting valuable lessons in art of spin bowling. As soon as he came to India , immediately starting from tour match he started suffering from RSI (repetitively slogged by Indians) , Jason Krejza who was also a victim of RSI on last tour must be thinking thank god at least I got 12 wickets for my suffering. This tour will end in two days and India will wait to claim its next victim of RSI from down under to add to Long list which already has Shane Warne,Gavin Robertson, Funky Miller, Cameroon White and Now Nathan Hauritz as victims of RSI.
Don Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Nathan avashya marge kintu nathan jivit rahega B-> Watta spanking. Renaissence of finger spin, my ****. Now smash the other boy swann in england next year. Makes you realize how good bhajji is..

Even though, I am happy that Hauritz haven't got any wickets in this innings yet, I am not happy about the word "slogged" used here.
Gunner_Mania Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Even though' date=' I am happy that Hauritz haven't got any wickets in this innings yet, I am not happy about the word "slogged" used here.[/quote'] ok. Slaughtered/ spanked - take your choice, whichever makes you happy
Clarke Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Even though' date=' I am happy that Hauritz haven't got any wickets in this innings yet, I am not happy about the word "slogged" used here.[/quote'] kinda ironiccoming 4m u, Navjot Singh ji
Gunner_Mania Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Actually the OP should call it the Royal Indian Spanking.
Sid Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 I checked cricinfo scorecards for Pak vs Aus,Hauritz took 2 5fers:hysterical:
kabira Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 He is confused, if he gives air and pitches up to the bat, he gets spanked. If he bowls flatter, does not get any thing from the pitch, he gets spanked and milked. Wow, its not good for aussies. his confidence will be down for ashes, He is suppose to be their Number 1.
ZodiaC Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 I checked cricinfo scorecards for Pak vs Aus' date='Hauritz took 2 5fers:hysterical:[/quote'] :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Sir john Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 haurtiz not looks a good spinner .:cantstop:
SachDan Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 I checked cricinfo scorecards for Pak vs Aus' date='Hauritz took 2 5fers:hysterical:[/quote'] :hysterical: On a serious note he will have 5fers against better batting line-ups like SAF and England. Credit goes to our batting gods who annihilates every spinner that comes in their way :hatsoff:
IT_Anxiety_NJIT Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Hauritz is a good spinner, just out of form since coming back from injury. Form is temporary, class is permanent.
putrevus Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Nathan Hauritz Actually the OP should call it the Royal Indian Spanking. good one did not think of that.
