Among the Knock Out Tournaments ICC Champions Trophy and the WC is above any Tri Series or Asia Cup.Best ODI players perform in pressure situations like Finals, Semi Finals and Quarter Finals. So the player who performs Better than other players in this Pressure Cooker situations can only be called Best ODI batters, not only the ones performing DAY in and DAY out in Bilateral Series. As i have Claimed before that Sourav GTanguly and Rahul Dravid are ahead of MSD in terms of Performance in Pressure Situations. Lets have a look at the Stats of 3 of them How SG, RD and MSD Have Fared in all Tournament Finals Here is MSD with an average of 39.66 in the 10 Tournament finals he has Played CLICK Here is SG with an average of Slightly below MSD in tournament finals he has played with an Average of 37 in 30 Matches he played with 1000 runs and 3 Hundreds CLICK Here is RD with an average of well below MSD in tournament finals he has played with an Average of 34.71 in 24 Matches he played with 729 runs and 1 Hundred CLICK Here we can Clearly see MSD having a superior average above both RD and SG. But he has Played only 10 matches where one has played thrice the amount MSD have and another more than Double the amount of what MSD have. Though MSD 's average is greater than Dravid by quite a Distance MSD has no 100 in Finals unlike Dravid who was a Middle order Bat too. How SG, RD and MSD Have Fared in ICC Champions Trophy Knock Out Matches. Since MSD havent played any Knock Out matches in two ICC Champions Trophies i can only Bring in his Stats of the preliminery Stages. MSD averages 22 with a Single 50 in 6 matches CLICK Both Sourav and Rahul have been Good enough with their Bat to take India into the Knock Out Stages and Make us Joint winners once and Finalist Once. So i'll bring in their Stats in the Big matches of the Tournaments that is in the Quarter Finals , Semi Finals and Finals. Sourav averages a staggering 73.88 with 3 Hundreds and 665 Runs CLICK Rahul averages 34.33 with 206 runs with a Single Fifty in 8 matches. Not Good enough though, still Beter than MSD. CLICK How SG, RD and MSD Have Fared in ICC World Cup Knock Out Matches. Since MSD havent played any Knock Out matches or has not been Good enough to take India past the Group Stages in the only ICC World Cup he played i can only Bring in his Stats of the preliminery Stages. MSD averages 9 in 3 matches CLICK Both Sourav and Rahul have been Good enough with their Bat to take India into the Finals of World Cup. So i'll bring in their Stats in the Big matches of the Tournaments that is in the Quarter Finals , Semi Finals and Finals. Sourav averages a staggering 135 with 1 Hundred. CLICK Rahul averages 48 with no Hundreds. CLICK Now this stats do suggest one Thing that though MSD have done very well in the few number of Tournament Finals He played. He Goes missing in the World Cups and ICC Champions Trophies. So Clearly both Sourav and Rahul are ahead of MSD in terms of ODI players. NOW Vaibhav was Calling MSD to have achieved the same level of greatness as SRT, Well i have researched on the stats and have Found out SRT Pawns all the of the above mentioned in every Aspect, and Offcourse MSD by a Long way. I like Dhoni a lot, he has transformed our ODI side with his leadership skills. But i dont agree to few of the fan boys on ICF and they are literally Trolling. If i was a Hardcore Dhoni fan like you, by now i would have asked them to STFU only for the sake of the Image of true MSD fans.

In few situations YS has given us some stunning performances....Dhoni is in my top 5. Definitely not second best ODI. I only meant second best Indians....not overall international.
