Egypt 'necrophilia law'? Hooey, utter hooey. 'Necrophilia law'? Don't believe everything you read on the Internet, kids. At least until there's like, you know, some proof.

Today, Egypt's state-owned Al Ahram newspaper published an opinion piece by Amr Abdul Samea, a past stalwart supporter of the deposed Hosni Mubarak, that contained a bombshell: Egypt's parliament is considering passing a law that would allow husbands to have sex with their wives after death. It was soon mentioned in an English language version of Al-Arabiya and immediately started zipping around social-networking sites. By this afternoon it had set news sites and the rest of the Internet on fire. It has every thing: The yuck factor, "those creepy Muslims" factor, the lulz factor for those with a sick sense of humor. The non-fact-checked Daily Mail picked it up and reported it as fact. Then Andrew Sullivan, who has a highly influential blog but is frequently lax about fact-checking, gave it a boost with an uncritical take. The Huffington Post went there, too. There's of course one problem: The chances of any such piece of legislation being considered by the Egyptian parliament for a vote is zero. And the chance of it ever passing is less than that. In fact, color me highly skeptical that anyone is even trying to advance a piece of legislation like this through Egypt's parliament. I'm willing to be proven wrong. It's possible that there's one or two lawmakers completely out of step with the rest of parliament. Maybe. But extreme, not to mention inflammatory claims, need at minimum some evidence (and I've read my share of utter nonsense in Al Ahram over the years). The evidence right now? Zero. There was a Moroccan cleric a few years back who apparently did issue a religious ruling saying that husbands remained married to their wives in the first six hours after death and, so, well, you know. But that guy is far, far out on the nutty fringe. How fringe? He also ruled that pregnant women can drink alcohol. Remember, alcohol is considered haram, forbidden, by the vast majority of the world's Muslim scholars. Putting an unborn child at risk to get drunk? No, that's just not what they do. Whatever the mainstream's unpalatable beliefs (there are plenty from my perspective) this isn't one of them. It's important to remember that the structure of the Muslim clergy is, by and large, like that of a number of Protestant Christian sects. Anyone can put out a shingle and declare themselves a preacher. The ones to pay attention to are the ones with large followings, or attachment to major institutions of Islamic learning. The preacher in Morocco is like the preacher in Florida who spent so much time and energy publicizing the burning of Qurans. Stories like this are a reminder of the downside of the Internet. It makes fact-checking and monitoring easier. But the proliferation of aggregation sites, newsy blog sites, and the general erosion of editorial standards (and on-the-ground reporters to do the heavy lifting) also spreads silliness faster than it ever could before.

After getting dumped, woman dentist pulls out ex's teeth London: A woman dentist in Poland is facing jail after she allegedly pulled out all her former boyfriend's teeth because he dumped her for another woman. Anna Mackowiak, 34, took revenge on 45-year-old Marek Olszewski when he turned up at her clinic with toothache just days after breaking up with her, the Daily Mail reported. She gave him a heavy dose of anaesthetic and plucked all his teeth out. She then wrapped his head and jaw in a bandage to stop him from opening his mouth. She said there had been complications and he would need to see a specialist. "I tried to be professional and detach myself from my emotions. But when I saw him lying there I just thought, "What a b******'," said the dentist from Wroclaw. Mr Olszewski, her ex-boyfriend, said: "I knew something was wrong because when I woke up I couldn't feel any teeth and my jaw was strapped up with bandages." "I didn't have any reason to doubt her. I thought she was a professional," he said. His new girlfriend has now left him, saying she could not be with a man without teeth. The dentist is being probed for medical malpractice and abusing the trust of a patient. She faces three years in jail, the daily said.

Under-15 sex: Indian girls beat boys In India, eight per cent of girls between 15 and 19 years had sex before turning 15 as compared to three per cent of the boys in the same age group, a survey conducted in 2010 says. This trend holds for most of the developing world and in countries in the Caribbean and Latin America, 17 per cent of girls had sex before they turned 15 years old. These are the results of a Unicef study on adolescents carried out in 2010, titled Progress for Children. Since 2010 is just a little over one year back, it can be safely assumed that the trends have not drastically changed. Early sex can result in early childbearing, and it increases the risk of HIV infection. In 2010, out of every 1000 Indian women who became mothers, there were 45 girls aged between 15 and 19 years. This is extremely worrisome for India because an abysmally low percentage of girls (19 per cent) have comprehensive knowledge about HIV-AIDS and the need to take protection as compared to boys (35 per cent) of the same age group. About 63 per cent of boys and 1 per cent of girls aged between 15 and 19 years had sex in the last 12 months of 2010, according to the report. Out of them, only 31 per cent of boys and 20 per cent of girls used protection (condoms). So the vast majority of Indian boys and girls are having unprotected sex. This does not speak well of the Government's long-running campaign and NACO's activities. India, as of 2010, had 49000 boys and 46000 girls in the age group of 10 to 19 years who have tested positive for HIV. http://ibnlive.in.com/news/under15-sex-indian-girls-beat-boys/252391-61.html

Tummy Trouble? http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/ahmedabad/Fake-kahaani-to-embrace-motherhood/articleshow/12874060.cms AHMEDABAD: The artificial stomach Vidya Balan sported in the film 'Kahaani' was the surprise element in the climax. In real life, the fake tummy is commonly used by women opting for surrogacy to have a child but want their families to believe they are the one's carrying that bundle of joy! Many women from traditional communities can't tell their in-laws and extended families that they have employed a surrogate and instead walk around with strap-ons for nine months to simulate a pregnant stomach. In an extreme case, a gynecologist couple chose to have an incision on the stomach of the wife with sutures so that it looked like a caesarean section. An artificial stomach would not have worked in their case as there were many doctors in the family who are more difficult to deceive. Surrogacy expert from Anand Dr Naina Patel says an IIT-graduate couple from Chennai opted for an artificial stomach as the woman wanted to avoid the disapproval of her in-laws. "She did not have a uterus and her in-laws would never have accepted that the child was born through another's woman's womb," says Patel. Hema Inamdar, a soft toy maker, specializes in fake tummies. "A woman called from the UK saying she felt she was actually carrying a baby when she wore the tummy," says Inamdar. One can get artificial stomachs in sets of three. The first set simulates three, five and seven months pregnancy. The other set simulates five, seven and nine months, with one set costing roughly Rs 1,000. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I would also build motor inside the fake tummy that simulates the 'laath' the baby gives ! Fertility expert Dr Falguni Bavishi says NRI women too succumb to familial pressure. "A Gujarati woman in the US took artificial tummies with her after employing a surrogate, so that her in-laws would believe she was pregnant. She told them that she had to deliver the baby where the IVF treatment was done, got the baby from the surrogate and went back, her secret intact," says Dr Bavishi.
I blame these women and their spineless husbands. There comes a time when you have to tell people including in laws to F##K off.If you let people control you to this extent ...you deserve what you get.You behave like a cow...you will be treated like one.

I am not surprised. When a young age boy starts hitting on older women, he gets laughed at. At best they are called cute. But when a young age girl starts hitting on older men, she gets laid. Life is tough for us boys, from young age.
