Mariyam Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 This was sent to me by a friend. I don't know how they calculate the percentages or how they arrive at the MoM, but their predictions have been spot on so far. Whether you believe in astrology, don't believe in it, want to call it a pseudo science or a real science (a la HC) , this site makes for an interesting reading. Here's the prediction for the game today Sri Lanka Key Players Angelo Mathews, Kumar Sangakkara, Muttiah Muralitharan Pakistan Key Players Misbah-ul-Haq, Umar Akmal, Mohammad Hafeez TOSS PREDICTION Pakistan 55%, Sri Lanka 45% Ganesha feels that Pakistan will win the TOSS. MATCH PREDICTION Pakistan 53%, Sri Lanka 47%. Pakistan will win the match, says Ganesha. They have links for the previous games as well. So far they've been right with all their predictions. With MoM predictions also they've been close. :woot: Maybe if this continues across some 30 odd games maybe astrology can rightly be called a science.
nikred Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 In the PTW, I got 9/9 right so far. :aetsch:
The Outsider Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 New Zealand 51%, Kenya 49% Tight match on the cards. New Zealand will face some problems. New Zealand has a slight advantage. Pakistan 54%, Kenya 46%. Pakistan may win the match, says Ganesha. However, there are chances of interruptions that may benefit Kenya. South Africa 53%, West Indies 47%. West Indies will play well but South Africa may win by a narrow margin. Australia 51%, New Zealand 49%. A tight match is on the cards. Australia may win by a very narrow margin, says Ganesha. :winky:

nikred Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 From when did "Urban (Intelligent) People" started believing in astrologers ? Ganesha says since the beginning of time. :crazy4:
DomainK Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 BS. These are not predictions. Since when is prediction made in percentages? They should exactly predict the outcomes like team A will bat first and win by 40 runs. Or may be just - team A will win.

This Ganesha makes Quantum Mechanical predictions - the state of a system is in a superposition of probabilities till an actual observation is made. This really strengthens the case that these are actual predictions coming from Ganesha. In reality, we are not the only universe or place where the World Cup is being played. There are 100s of other such places and in 54% of them Pakistan would have won and Kenya in 46% when the actual match was played.

The astrologers these days have very poor transponders (their brains) with high packet loss rate and very poor Quality of Service (QoS). Its the damn Congress that refuses to fund DRDO projects related to high end cosmic signal processing technologies. Either that or Ganesha does not have enough transmitting power/bandwidth to get his point through.
