fineleg Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 what's the qf lineup if Ind loses and 1. Aus win pak 2. Aus loses to pak?
Manny_Pacquiao Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 if india loses tomorrow: - if AUS wins, india vs australia QF since AUS will top the group - if pakis win, india vs pakistan QF
Shane Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 what's the qf lineup if Ind loses and 1. Aus win pak 2. Aus loses to pak? Both cases SL
Rajma Chawal Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I'd love to play Australia - they might even bring out the best in Bhajji.
zen Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 what's the qf lineup if Ind loses and 1. Aus win pak 2. Aus loses to pak? If Ind loses, Grp B SA WI Ind Eng If Aus wins, Grp A Aus SL NZ Pak If Pak wins, Grp A Pak SL Aus NZ therefore: Ind vs SL If Ind wins against WI, Grp A SA Ind Eng WI therefore, 1. Ind vs NZ 2. Ind vs Aus In short, QF = Ind vs Aus/NZ or SL Personally, I wouldn't worry much abt who we face as at the end of the day, how we do depends upon how we play :winky:
Manny_Pacquiao Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 wouldnt india be 4th if they lose tomorrow
satyam1729 Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 wouldnt india be 4th if they lose tomorrow No 3rd.
Laaloo Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 wouldnt india be 4th if they lose tomorrow It depends how badly we lose
Manny_Pacquiao Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 yeah the NRR of 0.7 is good enuff to secure 3rd place so india vs SL no matter what happens in this game.
fineleg Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I want a Pak collapse to Aus :hitler: But stoopid oz losing to pak 59-2
vvvslaxman Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 More or less certain. India 2nd or 3rd. Pakistan 1st or 4th. So it is a bit disappointing we won't meet them earlier. We might either face Australia or SL two guys i didn't want.
vvvslaxman Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 yeah the NRR of 0.7 is good enuff to secure 3rd place so india vs SL no matter what happens in this game. :hitler: We should try to get bowled out for 5 runs .
Manny_Pacquiao Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 australia is fine. we can take them SL is the nightmare scenario. their team is most likely to beat us
Laaloo Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 australia is fine. we can take them SL is the nightmare scenario. their team is most likely to beat us especially at Abad. Who knows what kind of pitches they produce? :nervous:
zen Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Ind vs SL at A'bad would be Ranatunga's worst nightmare coming true :hysterical:
fineleg Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 sl will 80% end us in qf if w play them Aus 70% NZ 30% Longtime since FL% numbers :P
zen Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 sl will 80% end us in qf Aus 70% NZ 30% Longtime since FL% numbers :P The total comes to 180% :P (shouldn't it be out of a total of 100?)
fineleg Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 no, no i'm saying if ind-sl, sl 80% chance of beating us in *that* match similarly if ind-aus, aus 70% that match
