Bumper Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Let it go. Time to move on. Why ? If ICC has enough evidence, it should ban Sanga & possibly the referee who administered the toss. Sanga obviously came in with the idea of batting first,posting 270ish & then constricting India with some disciplined bowling. This was his *only* plan to win the world cup. Losing the toss would have meant SL would have been out of the game, starting ball one. So, in my books, this is blatant cheating by Sanga.

NareshK Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Sangakkara seemed to call heads both times but it was Jeff Crowe who couldnt hear it the first time because of the noise and he thought MSD had won the toss. So its fair that Sanga won the toss and I dont understand why people are calling him a cheater. Move on, guys. We won the match and the World Cup. Let's not be petty and start calling names.
