May be that tactic kept them bastard out for about two years. But i am worried now. because i think these buggers have figured out alternative ways. And each time bombing is followed by a email makes me think its same group of people

An attack on the judiciary is like an attack on the very structural foundations of modern India. Generally, Wednesdays are "PIL" days in High Courts the country over. Meaning most PILs are filed on Wednesdays. Not a hard and fast rule, but its been happening for many years now. Lot of litigants would be at the HC gate, in addition to the lawyers. Hope they secure the Mumbai HC ASAP. People just walk in and out of that. Not many security checks in place. Even car parking is so lax. So many times you have random cars at reserved spots. As for the guys who claimed responsibility, they said they want Afzal Guru released. Indian security agencies should be smarter with such people from now on. Always declare that they were killed in encounter, even if they are not. And if captured alive, liquidate them after squeezing all information from them. Kudos to Delhi police. They released the sketches quickly. Mumbai Police, inspite of having CCTV footage in the 13/7 basts and some of the best IPS officers in the country have yet made not released any sketches of provided information as to how the investigation is going. Hopefully Delhi police will catch these guys.
