What was Dhoni's contribution in the WC except for the final. What if we would lost in Q/F against Aussies or Semifinal against Pakis.... Did Dhoni do anything there. By that I meant not winning the tourney/final as a captain. In 90s India didn't do much when Tendulkar was captain and same is true for Mumbai at the moment. If Mumbai hope to win they have to get a new captain as Tendulkar sucks as a captain.

Deciding to field on a pitch which slows down as the game goes on and where teams generally bat first. 2. Opening with Abu Nachim against Gayle when you have world's best T20 bowler in Malinga in your ranks. 3. Not playing any spinner other than Harbhajan on a pitch where even Raina looks world class. 4. Saving up Pollard for the time when he wouldn't matter anyways. 5. Rotating Rayudu all over the lineup when his best performances came in at 3.

I can give you lot of little things that he did went okay. Its always 50-50 call, in cricket, somethings can go well, something don't. Today RCB had two spinners. what ***** did they do, both are better than Raina. You are not going to give any credit to great Innings GAyle played. Just get rid of that innigns and RCB would not have scored 140. Just see his win and loss ratio, its better than Dhoni.

I would consider it a bigger achievement than CSK winning IPL :--D

It's amazing how many IPL teams are beginning to reflect various intl teams... Chennai SuperKings - Australia. Winners Rajasthan Royals - WI. Won initially and bottom feeders from then on Royal Challengers Bangalore - England. Always the bridesmaid never the bride Mumbai Indians - South Africa. :haha: Deccan Chargers - Sri Lanka. Came out of nowhere to win the 2nd IPL but haven't done much since Delhi Daredevils - Pakistan. Have the talent but generally never deliver Kings XI Punjab - New Zealand. Middle of the rung team which always hangs around Kolkatta KnightRiders - Bangladesh. Both the teams are not expected to make it to knockouts and if they do it's a surprize for both the fans and the team :haha: Sahara Pune Warriors and Kochi can be Zimbabwe and Ireland coz they are there only to make up numbers :winky:
