1290511219-72192400.jpg Aite, this lad, I've known him since he was born, his family is a part of my cricket club. Though his main club is Wanstead CC as we're small fish and he would never develop or get noticed with us. He is 16 years old and currently playing for England U-19 Today he scored 54 coming in at 25/4 to help England win. A few weeks back he scored 230 odd of 95 balls for his club, followed up with 130 for his school (not massive achievements) but his got talent. I believe he has already played a few games for Essex 2nd's Watch out for him Here is today's scorecard - http://www.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/current/match/492543.html --- Dec 2010 He was recently awarded the prestigious Sir John Hobbs Silver Jubilee Memorial Prize. Kishen joins an impressive list of winners including, Mike Gatting, Mike Atherton, Mark Ramprakash and John Crawley. Kishen won five awards at the presentation dinner for: best batsman, best captain, fastest 50, highest run scorer and lastly and most impressively, the Neil Lloyd Memorial Trophy, which is awarded to the best player at the festival. Past winners of the trophy include Ramprakash, Trevor Ward, Mal Loye, Crawley and Andrew Flintoff.

With England he has no future even if he is really good, they will toy with him, he will be a peripheral selection in and out, So many Solanki's, Bopara's, Owais's ,Monty's, Mahmood's have been wasted in the past.
