StatsRock Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 Numb, ROFLMAO @ that pic. You forced me to login and post :haha: But seriously PK might show Crapsanth how to have a heart and mind for bowling.
Trichromatic Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 a very dangerous bowler' date=' especially to the spectators.[/quote'] :hysterical:

Trichromatic Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Yes, he's top calss. Chips in with the bat every now and then. Crucial bowler. Also, would bowl like a spinner like almost 40 overs. He is not a class bowler. He just another mediocre bowler who can control line and length at the expense of pace. Just because he has done better than others doesn't make him a class bowler.
rkt.india Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 This mediocre bowler will take over 350 odi wickets and over 300 test wickets surely. He has average of 67 in ODIs in India you are talking about 350 wickets. He is looking better because other bowle4rs have been inconsistent. Look at what he did yesterday, bowling short at 120K and gives freebies. We can assume if you are 6 feet 5 and bowls at 135K plus but at 5 feet 10 and 120K . He did not bowl well at all.
GrassHoppers Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 PK & YP are the future of Indian cricket. Respect :hatsoff:
CSK Fan Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Well if the bowling line up is Ishant, Sree and PK, then on current form agree with the OP
vvvslaxman Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 He has limitations. But truly a lion-hearted effort in this series.

Cricket Tragic Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 He has limitations. But truly a lion-hearted effort in this series. True. I don't think that anyone can deny this. :hatsoff:
Karan114 Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Six Tests on the trot, and he just keeps running in, hats off to the bloke. Unfortunately because of most of his teammates being inadequate/not bothered, his efforts will amount to nothing.
vvvslaxman Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Bowled more overs (partly due to Zak missing in first test) for his captain, took more wickets, had the best economy rate among Indians.. He will play a great role as a support bowler. But who are our main bowlers.
Trichromatic Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Change the title of thread to "Praveen is only Indian bowler from current line-up who deserve to play test cricket". But seriously, he never gave up. Kept on bowling same way for 30 overs! Other bowlers just lose it after 1 spell. Bowled more overs (partly due to Zak missing in first test) for his captain' date=' took more wickets, had the best economy rate among Indians.. He will play a great role as a support bowler. But who are our main bowlers.[/quote'] Nasser was saying same thing and I mentioned it in some posts. He can be a very good third seamer. He can support main bowlers very well. Maintain the pressure from one end while main bowlers try to take wickets. Unfortunately we don't have main bowlers.
Pagalpanti Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Never expected him to do so well, but still have my doubts on him. With this pace he cant survive in test cricket long enough.
