mrinalmech Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 Seeing as how the next three World T20s will be in the subcontinent and we have got an army of batsmen who can excel in this format in the SC (read, IPL superstars - Both Tiwarys,Valthaty,Rayadu,Vijay,Badrinath,Dhawan,Yusuf etc etc and so on) we should win at least one, I guess. Any thoughts?
Number Posted September 2, 2011 Posted September 2, 2011 We've got an army of bowlers as well who can make others excel. so IMO no need to think of too much ahead. BCCI should be planning about how to replace batting trio in test cricket and grooming a couple of good fast bowlers.

There is no shortage of FTB sloggers in India. :haha: Bowling is a worry - We've got good t20 spinners in Ashwin,Sharma,Abdullah. Pacemen remain elusive as ever. Let's see - a lot can happen in 4 years. Look at us - first round exits to champions.
