rkt.india Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 They have named the replacement today, add 3 days for the paperwork, Tiwary will reach England on the morning or evening before the 3rd ODI. So at best he will be available for just 2 ODIs. Perhaps they should name another batsman as cover for Sachin as well. And a couple of pacers too if possible. RP Singh fills 2 places himself:giggle:
Malcolm Merlyn Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 If they got picked you wouldve been moaning. They haven't been picked and your still moaning. Stfu Sarcasm fail?
kubrickian Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 If Sachin gets ruled out of series , I have a feeling Dhoni will play jadeja ahead of Tiwary. PaPa , Rahane , Dravid , Kohli , Raina , Jadeja , Dhoni , Ashwin , aaron/vinay, Munaf , PK. This is a proper India 'A' side now.
Andy Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 You spend most of your time on this board whining like a *****' date= don't get your panties in a twist if you suddenly picked up a sense of humour and nobody detected it Are you on drugs? I hardly post anyway.
Andy Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Sarcasm fail? Looks like he is going through some problems in personal life. Poor Lad.
kubrickian Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Are you on drugs? I hardly post anyway. 10,000 posts since 2009. More sarcasm ? :--D
Andy Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 10' date='000 posts since 2009. More sarcasm ? :--D[/quote'] I hardly post these days, 9500 have been within 12 months from the day I registered. Anyone who is a regular on the board would know how often I post.
ShebbySB Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Both are worthless Specially Saha.......a good keeper but a useless batsman
Andy Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Specially Saha.......a good keeper but a useless batsman IMO lesser useless in tests than ODIs.
Misu243 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I don care about any tiwaris and pathans and jadujasss...just get rid of this Vinay Kumar clown and bring in Varun Aaron...
Lord Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 hope he does well.no expectations thoughmwould've preferred Yuppo
Cricket Tragic Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 Atleast there is some sort of consistency in selection.
Jersey #10 Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 this is actually very good for the future. All these new kids get their fair share at success. Sad part is that our bowling options are like Vinay Kumar other worthless bowlers.
achilles Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Congrats Manoj. Performance helps you get picked. 3 players who did well in the Emerging Players tourney are in England representing India. Kudos to the selectors on this. However, the Curious Case of Yusuf Pathan baffles me. Trained for a year.... and thrown out.
Midfielder Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Congrats Manoj. Performance helps you get picked. 3 players who did well in the Emerging Players tourney are in England representing India. Kudos to the selectors on this. However, the Curious Case of Yusuf Pathan baffles me. Trained for a year.... and thrown out. Yusuf had plenty of chances and was never consisyent. Rahane, Parthiv and Mukund have made the best of limited opportunities and have been consistent. Yusuf could not put two games straight together.
achilles Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Yusuf had plenty of chances and was never consisyent. Rahane' date=' Parthiv and Mukund have made the best of limited opportunities and have been consistent. Yusuf could not put two games straight together.[/quote'] Poor performance, yes. But a better allrounder than Ravi Jadeja and batter than Tiwary? Yes. Not defending Yusuf, but he's gotta a lot of thinking to do.
rkt.india Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 now we are left with 4 batsmen and 2 goalkeeper/batsmen for tomorrow's match.:hysterical:
rkt.india Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Yusuf had plenty of chances and was never consisyent. Rahane' date=' Parthiv and Mukund have made the best of limited opportunities and have been consistent.
