Test series has been disastrous , hardly anything that can be taken as positive. ODIs and T20s .. 1. Rahane got a chance , looked technically a good player. Hopefully his temperament at test level would be different , where he won't have to bother much about scoring quickly. 2. Raina and Dhoni restored their confidence , that was down in tests. 3. Virat once again came good and showed he will serve our middle order for a long time. 4. Ashwin looked good every time he bowled in the middle overs , some very good signs. 5. Parthiv , if he can improve his keeping .. will be a very good squad player to have.

Every country has its share of unreasonable supporters.In India's case, this simply gets magnified since we have the largest cricket fan base in the world so you simply see a lot more extreme opinions by Indians. I would say English soccer fans are more extreme in that regard and I am not trying to justify anything here.

DHONI KI DHULAYEE Raju nahi ban saka gentleman what positives, hopefully this is a wake up call and worse is behind us, I pray Dhoni gets injured for a long times,Srikant is relieved of his duties.Parthiv for test keeper, after Dhoni being out we will see Irfan back, maybe clarity of thought in selection , he has lost is logic he is so wrapped up in this whole thing he cannot see the full picture.We need someone like Dada at the helm to build and support a young team and wise selectors,a plan also uniform selection and if replacements are sent they be played and not crushed.Dhoni's honeymoon in literal sense is over.I think we have good enough players if pursued with , in spin , batting and bowling to succeed.

There was never a doubt about India's batting strength even in domestic cricket, its all about bowling but there isn't any positives. I thought these useless bowlers got exposed and never come near the team but Dhoni said Vinay got exposure and good for future. :wall:
