ShebbySB Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Shami,Umesh & BK can trouble any batting line up,we've Pandey,Mohit ,Aaron, Shukla,Suyal,Dhawal coming up.Not bad.......
King Tendulkar Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Shami,Umesh & BK can trouble any batting line up,we've Pandey,Mohit ,Aaron, Shukla,Suyal,Dhawal coming up.Not bad....... I am sure selectors will screw it up:cantstop: ps dont forget zak, could be useful for another year
express bowling Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Dhoni is not a fast bowlers' captain. He does not like them, understand them, support them or encourage them in any way.
Old guy Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 abey yar on turner its normal to try spinner specially against gayle i was fine with this also they might have been able to bowl 2 extra overs cos of spinners
MCcricket Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Shami bowled 146 in his two over spell with short balls over 145, he can touch 150 in SA or OZ but he is very effective as is will only show us he has more gas in his tank, excellent presence of mind during batting and brilliant catch by him, wish Dhoni changes his mind and supports seamers more, now he will see Shami more of a reverse specialist in India and not give him enough new ball hope not
express bowling Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Shami, leading the attack, with Umesh and Bhuvi forming the pace trio, would be a good pace attack outside the subcontinent. But, what would happen, if someone were to get injured. We do not have any decent backup pacer with some experience , form as well as fitness. Zak, Aaron are not fit yet. Pandey, Dhawal and Mohit, are newbies whom Dhoni won't play in a test. Suyal and Shukla are not in the selectors' radar yet apart from being newbies too. So, will it be back to Issh-haunt and lejhund ? Then the pace attack would be back to pathetic.
vishalvirsingh Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 I am at wankhade tommorow- will report Live updates from ground.
express bowling Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 abey yar on turner its normal to try spinner specially against gayle i was fine with this also they might have been able to bowl 2 extra overs cos of spinners Dhoni replaced Shami with BK actually, not a spinner, just as Shami was building up some steam.
Old guy Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Dhoni replaced Shami with BK actually' date=' not a spinner, just as Shami was building up some steam.[/quote'] and he was replaced in next over ?
express bowling Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 and he was replaced in next over ? Just one more over to Shami would have been ok, as far as encouragement goes.
panther Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 BK is not a quick bowler depends on line & length, swing, seam movement.Same was with PK though BK is quicker.VK & Unadkat are crap,Ishant was capable of 150 ks once upon a time, lost his zip........like ur Mohammad Amir who was malnourished, lean but was quick & Sohail Tanvir who is strong still trundles around 125-130. Malnourished and quick is an oxymoron Sohail tanvir strong :haha:, have you seen his action he bowls off the wrong flipping foot.
panther Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Aaron clocked aroun 148ks which is close to 150ks. For Atul Sharma go and talk to him on your PP site where he writes a blog. And who said Jaydev was a quick bowler? Btw how many test series wins for your Phhaaasssst bowling team in last 2 years??? Yes on IPL speed guns same guns where Ishant clocks 150k Atul sharma writes a blog, where is the link?
King Tendulkar Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 No aaron clocked 90 mph also playing for India against England, sorry to inform you this
panther Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 No aaron clocked 90 mph also playing for India against England' date=' sorry to inform you this[/quote'] Any bowler can clock 145k once every now and then.
Old guy Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Just one more over to Shami would have been ok' date=' as far as encouragement goes.[/quote'] think logically maybe dhoni wanted to try all bowlers and also with spinners they can bowl more overs and they can get more turn and bounce with harder ball. he did gave him extended spell in last game to get a fifer and also what he did worked spinners got wickets right away.. encouragement wise i agree he makes mistake but this was not a mistake and he trusts him a lot in first inning 4 slips showed it and way he used him to only attack in shorter spells he made mistakes with yadav i agree
Malcolm Merlyn Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Yes on IPL speed guns same guns where Ishant clocks 150k Atul sharma writes a blog, where is the link? We dont give a damn if your green tinted glasses dont see the truth.Aaron clocked 145 plus numerous times and these are speed gun readings not some eye gun readings of Pak fans who claim Zahid was 100MPH and IK was 150 plus etc etc etc. Ian Pont who talked about Atul Sharma writes a blog for PP,go ask him questions there.
Old guy Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 Any bowler can clock 145k once every now and then. yep any indian bowler now a days without effort unlike junaid tundler :cantstop:

Consisitently bowled quick in that game and swung it to clean poms up. poms were impressed. But hey keep burying head in sand and back tanvir who has part time keeper standing up to him today:giggle:
panther Posted November 15, 2013 Posted November 15, 2013 yep any indian bowler now a days without effort unlike junaid tundler :cantstop: Yep same junaid who is better than any bowler you have ever produced.

But hey keep burying head in sand and back tanvir who has part time keeper standing up to him today:giggle: According to latest sources he is struggling to break the 137k barrier.
