Then we find out that one of the "injured" went ahead and played another tournament and acored a ton. So Bambis cheated. :finger: RCB got Gayle as a replacment for Nannes, then got Nannes back AND kept Gayle. They also exceeded the Salary cap in doing so. So. RCB are cheaters too. :finger: In conclusion, no congrats from me to either team. I am just glad the cup stayed back though. :isalute:

The point here is that an exemption was granted to MI cause of all the injuries they had suffered. Did they cheat by intentionally showing as if some of their players were injured when they could have been available for them to play? sour grapes. In case of MI they had permission. Regarding MI not actually playing 5 towards end of the tournament, it is irrelevant, cause the cheating had already happened. I am not talking about whether the team was good or not, just talking about cheating. In RCB's case the cheating is worse cause they even exceeded the salary cap. WTF! Subsequently, Gayle (base price $400,000) replaced Nannes but now with both players featuring in the squad in the Champions League, it effectively means that RCB were spending $9,344,348, more than the cap.

I am pretty sure he is. Players who are available for two teams have the option of playing for either with home teams getting first choice. If a player decides to go with his home team and not IPL team, I don't believe the IPL teams are eligible for an automatic replacement from what I remember.
