Sad thing though , but I feel India vs Pakistan is not for heart patients if you take it very seriously. I can't imagine myself what I've gone through if we had lost at Mohali. I was very disturbed when Dhoni got out in 42nd over and stopped watching till Raina and Bhajji did some recovery.

I haven't seen this video. And I am not going to see it. But I think we should not have threads showing or talking about such deaths. Eventhough I am happy with our win over Pakistan, things like this make it a little sad.

I have no sympathy with ppl who treat cricket as a matter of life and death. And I feel sorry for those for whom sport is source of emotional fulfilment.

RIP On a serious note, I have noticed that Pakistanis are way way more passionate and emotional about Pakistani team in general.. on average, if you find 10 Pakistanis males sitting on a table, 5 of them wud be really really passionate about their team and cricket. u can't say the same thing about Indians... as a matter of fact, in my whole univ circle, I barely had 5-6 Indian friends whoo wud talk, play and watch cricket seriously like me but on the other hand, most of my Pakistani friends are hardcore cricket lovers... whereas lotsa my Indian friends are either into NHL, NBA or that stupid soccer EPL league...

This is true. I think it has a lot to do with where the both the countries are at this point. Cricket is the focal point for all Pakistanis. India inspite of its problems has different dimensions to it and Indians have sort of moved on. It is also an identity thing. I know some Pakistanis were proud that their national anthem was played and heard in India. But having said that, we also have enough nutcase cricket fans in this country, just that bombardment of cricket has sort of tranquilized them at this point.

I blame it on too much of cricket. I never thought a person like my dad could lose interest in cricket. There was a time when he used to wake up at 2:30 - 3:30 AM just to watch the Indian test matches in NZ or aussieland. He used to try to skip family functions just to watch a match, but now even when he is in front of TV and nothing to do, he watches news channels even when a match is on. :((

Pak are emotional due to their traditional hate towards India. They see any small victory compared to a war, anyways manny, don't think it was appropriate to laugh I read it in the times during Toronto matches where a guy shot his brother coz he was showing sympathy towards Indian performance

Pen di tang, I was there in the stadium watching. Sukar hai rabba, menu kuj nai hoya. Still getting goosebumps remembering that day, 30 march. The whole India was on roads, dancing and partying. Remember-able day for Indians. Commemorations to Pakistanis and this guys family. Thats y India-Pakistan matches are ultimate, even in hockey as well.
