Kambli alleges the 96 semi final was fixed coz India should have batted first instead they fielded first. The News channel that "broke"his revelation also asked three of his team mates and the team manager whether it was true and all of them said that the team had actually decided to bowl. Azza asked "Kambli shaayad so raha tha team meeting mein". I am getting this eerie feeling that this was a created news story by the news channel. Now, Kambli dunn seem to be too stable off late. The News channel must have preyed on him and offered him some dough, some TV time, etc to air his opinion. Kambli fell for it, Star News channel got its story, team mates pissed off, and public gets new "breaking news"!

I think it has something to do with upcoming UP assembly elections as Congress is likely to use Azhar well for minority votes. Even if these claims of Kambli are un-substantial, these bring back to people mind that Azhar has been a match fixer.

Azhar is a fixer.He has questioned the back ground and education level of Kabli during the interview.But How azhar has invested so much in kwait oil field and in cement factories.His father is not a millionaire.He can not and will not go to the court.Of cource he is protected by Congress.But still if he goes to court, sure he will land up in Jail.

The fixing issue is the decision to bat first or field first. DOn't know Kambli's intentions, but if Azhar is as clean as he is trying to portray himself as, first step would have been to drag Kambli and the news channel to court asking them to retract their statement. Instead he is running from one TV studio to the other, who have so far been supportive. But with this now turning into a political fight, and with Delhi Police reopening the fixing case, won't be surprised to see Azhar fall in further trouble. Isn't it mind boggling that CBI has so far failed to chargesheet the fixers even after their confessions?

Anyone who has seen Azhar Bhai getting out in the suspected match can easily figure out that it was deliberate . It was like a catching practice for Dharmasena where the batsman somehow wanted to hit the ball towards the bowler at any cost . Mongia , Jadega , Kapoor all suspects followed suit ........... No doubt whatsoever that the match was phhhixed. Sidhu Paaji , God and Kambli were the only honest Batsmen who gave there 100% in that match .
