The Lambu Sharma better pull out of the match himself if not fully fit, otherwise he bloody well bowl on crutches. Another 'Zak in Lords Test' type of scenario is totally unacceptable. it is not a question of bowling...He is expected to field well too.

If Ishant does breakdown during the test match then IMO i for one will be calling for the coach Duncan Fletcher to resign. I honestly think the england fiasco was not his fault and it was too early. But now is the time for some clear thinking.

Espncricinfo says tomorrow's match is also not a first class match and Ishant can play on the second or third day of the match.

The uncertainty around Ishant Sharma's ankle remained as he didn't bowl during India's training session on the eve of their three-day match against the Cricket Australia Chairman's XI. He was present with the team at the Manuka Oval, though. He played the football game that India play before their training sessions, and took part in light fielding drills too, but did not bowl. Ishant has been advised two-days' rest by a specialist in Canberra, and is a sure non-starter for the tour game that begins on December 19. But the match is not a first-class fixture, which means he can be drafted in on for the second or third day if he recovers.

Yes but he hasn't lost his killer smile. The Aussies will never be able to sledge RP, because like Munaf, he does not understand a word of English, let alone the Aussie accent. The mere sight of a pregnant RP smiling back after having his 120 kph thunderbolt smashed out of the ground will destroy the Aussies psychologically.

Just watched ganguly talking in aajtak.he was saying dat dinda will go as replacement.he was really impressed with dinda in the recent ranji matches and said dat at the moment ,he is the best fast bowler in domestic erena.

Viru has had his problems against slow bowlers. Sammy got him a number of times in the last series. Yes but he hasn't lost his killer smile. Anyone know this word's origin ? Nobody other than people in India seem to use this word.

There is no official confirmation abt this news. Dada is asking for dinda for a long time. I just hope he is just not putting pressure on indian selectors unless it is very sure that ishu is not gonna play in 1st test match. Btwn when did dada became indian selector to announce replacement?

if dinda is in im happy! guy deserves it more than pathan has pace..and is consistently doing something right for bengal! i think he will do much better in australia than pathan
