lol lets hope so cos cricket is just so much better with fast bowlers around :--D
Watching bowlers run in hard and bowl quick is one of the things that makes test cric exciting

As wickets get slower, pace becomes important, bowlers have learnt to reverse, swing more, also with DRS, REVIEW, lbw's are given out more readily, batsmen are scoring runs faster and also taking more risk's, also 2 balls in ODI a good boost.Fast bowlers are making a comeback, but this breed is more skillfull, Tremlett, FINN,SIDDLE,PATTINSON,CUMMINGS,AARON,Umesh,Ishant,Wahab, Gul,Edwards, Rampaul, Roach,Morkel, MARCHANT DA LANGE. ALL GOOD BOWLERS, EXCITING TO SEE THEM BOWL,they seem to touch 145 more easily and also flirt to 150 k's

Finn' date=' Cummins, Pattinson, Yadav and De Lange. Good to see young fast bowlers coming through. Its good for world cricket.[/quote'] include Riaz in that list

But the problem is unlike in 90's the pitches are still very much batsmen friendly.EVen the wickets in Aus and SA have slowed down.So it will probably be another era of Batsmen like the last decade.

World Cricket is blessed with some fast bowlers who can bowl 150+ Bowlers from different countries who can clock 150+ 1)England:-Finn,Broad(occasionally in ODIs) 2)India:-Umesh,Aaron,Ishant(similar to Broad) 3)South Africa:-Steyn,Morkel,De Lange(has clocked 150.6kph in domestic OD) 4)Australia:-Pattinson,Siddle,Cummins,Johnson 5)Pakistan:-Wahab Riaz 6)Srilanka:-Fernando,Maybe Nuwan Pradeep(not sure though) 7)WI:-Roach,Fidel Edwards 8)NZ:-Adam Milne All these bowlers have played atleast once for their country.Don't think there are bowlers who can bowl at this kind of pace are not representing their country. Bowlers like Tait,Nannes,Lee,Malinga,Tino Best doesn't play or retired from test cricket so their names are not on the list.

No Tremlett is not a genuine quick bowler,he relies more on bounce & movement off the deck by hitting the deck hard.He has pace around 130-142ks & mid 130s most off the time.So he's a Fast-medium bowler though a very fine one.

What are you talking about? Did you not watch the recent ODI series? Pretty much every ball was over 90 MPH.
