Sehwag needs to go

Even though I do not want him to change his batting style, but I also feel sometimes he does need to give a bowler due respect, esp. when a champion class bowler is bowling in friendly conditions. He rarely looks out of form (or may be hides it too well), but sometimes pays the price for being over aggressive. And I do not understand how, being watchful during difficult conditions, would affect his natural game.

He has played such innings at Adelaide. India has been playing in India for far too long so bad habits creep in again once again. India did not have any practice matches either. So he didn't give himself a chance to look at what bowlers do and what pitches do.

Paras: "Just noticed that Sehwag has been grossly underperforming since mid 2006 in out of subcontinent matches' date= averaging 29.... which includes a single test at Adelaide where he scored 151 & 63, without which he averages 22.... Further, half of the innings in this period have been against SAF, against whom he averages 20.. not such a great threat for SA, is he??"
Read that comment on Crininfo myself. Interesting that VS only averages only 29 outside of the sub-continent conditions since 2006.

It is fair to say Steyn got the better of him in his home conditions. Mostly due to recklessness of VIru.
True and that makes it feel even worse! Because we know if he could just hang around and choose his shots judiciously, even an hour or so more of Sehwag batting could help us no end... 3 tons vs Steyn ok... in Ind but they all count. Perhaps age is catching up too, him being a bat who relies on hand-eye coord so much. Is there a case for Sehwag to bat at 5 maybe? On away tours at least. Even if Vijay does not score loads, seeing off the new ball Chopra style will help

I don't think so, the tracks in south africa were quite grassy,so too much lateral movement and beside that i think he is carrying a niggle ,so nah he is fine.

This. And this is suddenly prominent in his game in last 1 Year.
