Hell Raiser Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Well played Pak. congrats on your series win. I hope we play 3 spinners and 1 pacer against England. Ashwin, Ojha and probably Rahul sharma. Or give Sir Jaddu a chance. England is the only side against which I can bet that Jaddu will do well.
vvvslaxman Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 they werent against nz, bhajji saved them and we collapsed 2 times against west indies.. face the facts bro.. if we dont hcange team we are done at home too! We might as well have lost but for Ashwin's resistance towards the end.
Old guy Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 We might as well have lost but for Ashwin's resistance towards the end. we need to wake up.. ashwin wont save us against england..if all these guys play (gambhir, sachin, dravid, laxman) we will lose
Chalks Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 I think the current Pakistan team is one of the more likeable and admirable teams in the world right now. :hatsoff: Since they kicked out the match-fixers they seem to have built an honest, hardworking team - and the results are there for all to see (series wins against SL, and almighty world #1 England). Kudos, and kutgw*. :two_thumbs_up: * keep up the good work

Vikas Bhatt Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 ICC must investigate England for matchfixing..... :hysterical:
Laaloo Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 no' date=' they won't. Even likes of Murali Vijay score runs in India.[/quote'] Not if we play the same damn maharathis
Manny_Pacquiao Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Do the English realise that this wasn't even a turning track? Pitch was pretty flat, most certainly wasn't turning as big as you expect in the subcon. Two bad batting sides Imagine if england play on that premadasa wicket we played on in 2010, that was pretty sick on day 5 with randiv bowling into the ruff
CG Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Thanks Pakistan for improving what was a miserable day.
Blue-no1 Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Geoff Boycott who bet his house on this win, was seen this evening outside the Pennington Rlway station
Utalk Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Thanks guys. I watched the first half of the day and went to bed at Eng 18/0 thinking they would win. Got up two hours later and it was presentation time. Now thats what you call bad timing. I watched 80% of the play but missed the best bit. But hey I am not complaining because this ranks as one of the best test wins for us. Spinners were awesome but Eng batting was not test class I am afraid. They were some embarrassing dismissals,

Pioneer Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Was on the road while my father was texting me the score. Almost got into an accident each time a wicket fell
