But ECB always want yes men only. KP saga was very similar to the Ganguly - Chappel debacle. Problem for England is that they never realized the problem, and went ahead and rehired Moore. That would have been like India rehiring Chappell before the 2011 WC. KP may not have been the solution for England, but he certainly pointed out a lot of the problems, especially the loser mentality and the boys club atmosphere with no accountability in the English locker room. As well as the unwillingness to recognize that T20 has changed all forms of the game. Link to comment
