rabinjackman Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Anwar Ali now at age: 24 Playing regularly first class and still doing reasonable, last month in a match took 5for in 1st inng and a spell of 8/16 in 2nd inng... Undertaker :yikes:
bajrang Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Fluke!!!!! just like the indian bowler who did soemthing liek this in Ranji, I will call this fluke till I see him in international arena and bowl like this this. deepak chahar took 8 /10 on his debut match and unlike anwar ali he swung the ball both way. last time i heard anwar ali's interview he said he was working on his out-swinger. Old guy Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 one thing is sure pitch was bowling friendly and some times bowler losses his swing..aat such young age but he is good talent see what chawla did 8 overs 8 runs 4 wickets thats much more impressive

daryl1985 Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Khalli was in my mind :--D Lol i was thinking exactly the same thing.
Pak_Fan_4_Eva Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Fluke!!!!! just like the indian bowler who did soemthing liek this in Ranji, I will call this fluke till I see him in international arena and bowl like this I would tend to agree with your assessment. Anwar Ali fell wayward. I've seen him bowl in countless domestic televised matches including T20's and he's mediocre at best. Bowls with an angle that naturally makes the ball come in. Quite predictable you see.
MCcricket Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF U 19 PLAYERS LOOSE THEIR WAY, Chawla, Dhawan, Yo Mahesh, I see some players especially asians as late bloomers who start developing physically and mature at a later age, comparativley some u 19 players start of well but then hit a brick wall as far as physical growth and maturing.
Old guy Posted February 10, 2012 Posted February 10, 2012 I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF U 19 PLAYERS LOOSE THEIR WAY' date=' Chawla, Dhawan, Yo Mahesh, I see some players especially asians as late bloomers who start developing physically and mature at a later age, comparativley some u 19 players start of well but then hit a brick wall as far as physical growth and maturing.[/quote'] yep.. but its not just asian players.. but yes we see lot more asain players losing way cos we just dont provide proper facilities and coaches.. .. most of good players in australia are provided with proper guidance..so that they dont lose tere way and now we can see the end result.
vvvslaxman Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 he's back playing under-19 again? :cantstop::cantstop:
Ultimate_Game Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 I looked at the broadcaster name at top right side of the vdeo and fell out of the chair looking at the words "Kanjar TV" :hysterical:
Number Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 Umar Gul dropped ? He was one of the best ODI bowlers around, had a pretty bad year after Mohali. Kamran Akmal is back in ODIs too. :haha:
