Rounding them up, putting them in camps and gassing them is worse than what the British did in India. The British Empire did some really bad things in India but what Hitler did was pure evil. Even when he knew he was going to lose World War 2 and had a choice of abandoning the concentration camps to focus on fighting the allies, Hitler chose to continue the mass extermination in concentration camps. That is how much he hated Jews. sugarcoating a turd doesn't make it a candy. Hitler was evil but his reign of terror lasted only few years. Ukstan with a technological advantage subjugated impoverished parts of the world for centuries resulting in further destitution of the natives. Just because they say, their intention was to "civilize" the unkempt hordes doesn't change what really happened. And if actual accounts of their atrocities haven't been destroyed (and are lying undiscovered), they will eventually be found.

Their enemies are our enemies, their friends are our friends. Their ideals are our ideals. When you have the courage to speak otherwise and point out a flaw, you are wrong. The herd is never wrong. We think it is not cool to point out that Hiroshima was just as bad as the slaughter of Jews. In that case, we want a moderation of opinion, saying "oh, error in judgment". But not in the case of Hitler? America is allowed to make a mistake because it is America and Hitler is not, coz he's Hitler? I once again state, I have no love for what Hitler did, as much as I don't for what the Yankies did. I want the same principle being applied to both scenarios or to none at all. Like the American have done a lot of good things, so has Hitler. I don't know what part of a person will die if he simply accepts that. I see you dont have the sense to see the difference bewtween an act of war and systematic extramination of people belonging to a particular ethnicity. How on earth was Hitler's act a 'mistake'? shame on you for trying to justify the holocaust for any reason, even if it is to put down America. This is the exact logic used by some Pakistanis when they condole islamic militancy. and just to make my point clear, Hiroshima was one of the worst things to happen in human history. But, if you wanted to condenm that, you would have started a thread on that. Not a thread praising Hitler. And no, there is nothing 'popular opinion' about my hatred and despise of Hitler, its just that I believe I have an ounce of humanity in me
