Totally agree with that. Some of his pronunciations are cringe-worthy. :haha: I hate that guy as a person. He used to anchor some telugu singing competition. He used to completely humiliate some of those budding singers if they make any mistakes (that includes pronunciation of words too). Nevertheless he has a very good voice and a pretty decent actor too.

Actually not. I always thought that his pronunciations were fairly good given that he's not a speaker of the language. Unless there are some songs that I've missed. Are there any specific songs which you think he's made a mess of?

Listening to any song of his is torture, but since you've asked for examples. Bahut pyaar karte hain tumko sanam - the manner in which he kills a word like bohat is a disgrace, or jaanam in tumse milne ki tamanna hai pyaar ka iraada hai. The guy should not be allowed to speak Hindi and Urdu forget about recording songs in those languages.

Well he thinks Hariharan murders Ghazals, he has lofty standards, even loftier than experts in the field. :winky: My best SPB song in Hindii was the song from Roja. 4HECA8QSZ3Y
