Even munaf was able to retain his spot in the side despite his heroics in the field at the fine leg boundary. So now we can have munaf at fine leg and ashwin at long on (the on-side is totally secured for us :giggle:) Btw, we need Munaf back urgently as a trundler to get rid of pk-vk (at this point, i'm more interested in our U-19 side than this bunch of losers calling themselves team india)

Ashwin has deteriorated with time and is perhaps even worse than the out of form who was sacked from the team. Ojha is the only bowler who has been consistent whenever given a chance and has outperformed every other bowler yet he was never included for longer periods of time. At first it was Bhajji priority, then in between it became Mishra priority, then it became Ashwin priority .. and when Ojha was played as the second spinner with any of the above bowlers then he outperformed them in almost all matches... yet he was never given a chance.. having said that Ojha is also a terrible fielder and is a dunce with the bat too .. sad to see that we have turned a crappy side in spin too whereas we were always known for possessing some of the world's best spinners .. even Venkatpathy Raju would be laughing after seeing the current set of spinners in our team and bench

The only thing with him is that he can bat a bit, but watching Dhoni for many years now I understand his captaincy of packing the team with "allrounders" rather than going in with specialists. In my opinion Inida are wasting Ojha. He really spins the ball.
