He was 18 then. Speedguns were regularly used from 1999. So, Waqar was 28 then, an age when he should have been close to his quickest pace. Yet, he was averaging around 135 k. Something to think about.

Something to think about. waqar was not 18 when he started more like 22, pakistani style. waqar first back break 1993, 2nd back break 1995 after 2nd back break he lost pace, still he was late 130s.
