In any case, we beat eng and pak and that is huge for me with this crappy team of ours

Ha ha, smart move. It was first a stupid move by match referee to fine when players were only one over short. There has been other matches where teams were much slower, but referee did not impose a fine.

The run penalty or over penalty would have been fine. Especially in T20s.
