Needforspeed Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 powerful shot for 4 by Bonner off Darekar. Came down and smoked it over the bowler's head. WI 58-2. Bonner 13* Brathwaite 22*
Laaloo Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 westindies @westindies #WIvIND: nasty collision as Pujara crashes into little Darekar as they chase a ball at midon. Darekar has gone off in pain holding shoulder :nervous:
Lord Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 India's have been accurate, backed by good fielding setting and a great catch. Dinda 7-5-5-1 and Rahul 8-0-19-1 have wickets earlier said Shami took the wicket:hmmm:
Needforspeed Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 OUCH! Carter hit on hand by Tiwary's throw for run out from midwicket. He's in pain and Tiwary is the first to comfort him. WI 74-3 #WIvIND: Close call for Carter. Pushed back but just out of the reach of the diving Darekar. WI 74-3. Brathwaite 24* Carter 1* #WIvIND: Carter being kept quiet by Darekar and Shami Ahmed. He's normally a free-scoring player but has a job to do here for team. WI 72-3 #WIvIND: Good bowling from young Darekar, an accurate left-arm spinner. Got some tap from Bonner but responded with the wicket. WI 72-3 #WIvIND: Bonner made 25 off 47 balls with 4x4, but lost it at a crucial stage. West Indies back on the backfoot at 71-3. In comes Carter #WIvIND: OUT! Bonner stumped Saha bowled Darekar. Lost patience and lost his wicket! Came down the track and missed, the keeper did the job
Number Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 OUT! Spin n Bounce. Rohit gets Carter caught at 2nd slip by Dhawan. Played some good shots in 19 but that's not enough. WI 99-4 :mi:
Old guy Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 one thing im liking abt shami here he is not giving any freebies.. he can create pressure and i think this is spin track.. dont think oppnent batsman is really good but still when u bowl filth u dont have tight figures like that
Lord Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 one thing im liking abt shami here he is not giving any freebies.. he can create pressure and i think this is spin track.. dont think oppnent batsman is really good but still when u bowl filth u dont have tight figures like that wat r his figures?
