Stuge Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 :yay::yay::yay::yay: but feeling bad for Rahane :((
Executioner Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 that wide decision was questionnable but it seemed that it clipped the bat and benefit went to the bowler what really confused me was that Dravid and Rahane play TOO slowly even when wickets were at hand. They shudve tried to accelerate and make sure that the match is fniished b4 the last overs and also to improve their NRR situation
Cricketics Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Thats not choke. Thats some great death bowling

Stuge Posted April 29, 2012 Author Posted April 29, 2012 Thats not choke. Thats dome great death bowling It was all Rajasthan's Game to lose .Hence the title .
vvvslaxman Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Thats not choke. Thats dome great death bowling Rahane did choke somewhat . 5 balls 2 runs before that six.
Executioner Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 they tried top pull off dhoni which they failed replicate:| not really, dhoni would ensure he pulls the team to a case where they can win the match from a tough position. Dravid and Rahane were a bit too clam. But nevertheless, brilliant innings from Rahane but shudve been a bit more aggressive..but who wudve known that a 3 run penultimate over was coming?:roti:

NareshK Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 15 off 2 overs means side batting would reach the target 95 % of the time. But Morkel and Umesh bowled superbly.
vvvslaxman Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 15 off 2 overs means side batting would reach the target 95 % of the time. But Morkel and Umesh bowled superbly. Nowadays even 30 is not safe in the last 2 :cantstop: So it is epic :fail: from Royals especially Rahane His 3 dot balls was criminal out of 12 balls.
Executioner Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 people stop blaming rahane, he tried his best but remember this, he is an opener and MMW even if someone like tamim, amla, cook wudve stumbled in such situations because they are not suited to finishing and even when they are in the slog overs its the other batsman who do the job

If you cant hit four least you should do is run for single.
GautiMaan Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 A last over from sir aggy could've got them over the line
Texy Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 Rahane's inexperience/inability whatever you want to call it....wasn't able to get bat to ball n ended up wasting balls in the last ov and the penultimate ov as well when Hodge came down the track n told him to rotate the damn strike
vvvslaxman Posted April 29, 2012 Posted April 29, 2012 they should have attempted byes if they can't connect. They should have taken the gamble much earlier instead of leaving it to the last ball.
