LOL, sorry to piss on your parade here shakeel (and, yeah i can sense the outpouring of joy coming from you and your fellow "asian" council estate-dwellers), but yes, at international level, its only the pakis that get caught doing spot fixing. although i can't help but laugh at how some crappy indian domestic players can get paid a potentially higher rate per spot compared to some of the top paki bowlers...thats yet another indicator of where the pakis lie on the food chain and speaks volumes of how truly desperate and poor your cricketers are. :--D :--D
Sahi Bola Bhai utalk got clobbered :hysterical:

But he is just a dibbly dobbly bowler. He can put Unadkat to shame.
Even Unadkat has close to 4 wickets a game (62 in 17 matches) and he plays in the Elite League. :giggle:

lets be proud of the fact that our fixers are more expensive :isalute:

These 2 players were unlucky they got caught on camera...there are probably several others who after this breaking news has probably erased any evidence of their own involvement. Are we suppose to believe BCCI had no idea all this time and has suddenly woken up when this news is all over?

BCCI might have an inkling but they have absolutely no way of ensuring that no one does 'underhand dealings' with people. I just heard Shalabh Srivastava saying that their is no video evidence against him, neither has he said anything. 'Audio/phone' evidence is no evidence anyway.

One guy took money and bowled a no ball in some smaller league. A phone conersation of a supposed IPL match by a player who has not yet played a single game. How does these incidents make IPL a totally fixed tournament as some of the guys claiming here?? Or am I missing something??

Indore league got good publicity nevertheless :haha:. Without this scandal, that would have remained unnoticed like Bhopal, Gwalior and Nasik leagues. What next, Virender Sehwag did spot fixing while playing in Nazafgarh's bylanes :cantstop:

You are missing hope. Some hope ipl to be fixed. So when a small piece ofunconfirmed news comes up, they lap it up.

Well, Pakistan team allowed in CLT20. And we get this news. Great timing. Seeing some reactions by Pakistanis , I really hope that they do not play in our competitions as it will only make it more ugly.

The game was telecast on DD Sports where the commentators were surprised by the gigantic no-ball. Simply proves that if people like Sudhindra can do it here, they can do it for a bigger event as well, as Sudhindra himself states.

One thing I don't understand is why does a franchisee pay a player more than limit, is it to avoid tax by the player? Or Are franchisees making more money out of IPL such that these underhand dealings are just a pittance to them? If there is a raid and a player get caught with more money than he is expected to earn, will he be in trouble?
