He was a mixed bag. Bowled all those wides and no-balls and mixed them up with some decent deliveries. A couple were beauties but he wasn't that pacy. Faster than other Indian bowlers but slower than pacers from other teams. Wides you can accept but no-ball was a major problem with him. He had Babar Azam LBW off a no-ball early in his innings and the problem with no-balls is that it gives batsmen fre--hits as well and n this pitch where every run counts those gifts are simply not affordable.

i agree but other then pace in last telecasted game i noticed there is something in him like he is not fdoing osme thing right maybe its confidence and rhythm once he goes into full flow i can see him bowling those good balls more often anyway pace wise aussie bowlers werent also tht quick english were the quickest but i think saffers are the most talented

Must admire Paki pacers. They have hardly bowled down the leg which we were guilty of. Most of the runs by Pakis at the beginning came on the leg side as we bowled one delivery down the leg every over for a boundar or a couple.
