King Khan Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Actually Pakistan dont need to sacrifice any, since BCCI selectors more interested in siniors always. Yusuf for Gambu, Afridi for Shewag, Nazir for Yuvi, Tanvir for Dhinda :cantstop:
ganeshran Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Incidentally' date=' the Delhi trio (Wag, Gauti, Kohli) are all captaincy aspirants...[/quote'] You never take off that tin foil hat do you :haha:

Number Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Even Awais Zia-Imran Nazir will be better than Gambhir-Sehwag.
Rohit S. Ambani Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 NO! becuase India will not play against India and Pakistani batsmen have stellar record only against Indian bowling attack, maybe Younus Khan will make it in worst period of Indian cricket.
Pagalpanti Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 On current form any Pak batsman would do a better job than Sehwag, he's done except for the freak 219 he has been poor since the World cup.
Number Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 This time Indian batting will get raped in Delhi.
TheWall Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 but then just bcoz its a dead rubber cant expect him to score a zero....
King Khan Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 I understand why he is so demotivated these days to score big and why Dhoni choosing to go defensive & play selfish innings himself. As Amarnath revealed the secret, Kohli should've been captain by now, if Sreeni-Dhoni lobby didnt intervene the decision after English whitewash. But I beleive Kohli is THE future of India, will proove himself starting Delhi match again. I'm on in favor of Kohli's 100, putting bet of $10mil.
Tendulkar_Bhai Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 1f 100s scored after a series is lost do not count' date=' wonder why people continue to rave about that Perth 100 scored 20 years ago by a certain 18 year old.[/quote'] Maybe cos when looking back it was the start of something big, no massive....no GIGANTIC! With Kohli we do not currently have that comparison.
Tendulkar_Bhai Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 This time Indian batting will get raped in Delhi. :hysterical: In the team bus by the pakis?
daryl1985 Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Kohli has become like a Ghambhir without even having contributed anything significant' date=' he failed in Aus (100 once series was lost), failied in England,[b'] SA and the world cup. Not sure why the odd t20 and ODI knocks has made him such a legend, when he is just a good ODI player. When did he fail in South Africa, if i remember rightly he was one of our better bats in the SA ODI series prior to WC2011.
Old guy Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 When did he fail in South Africa' date=' if i remember rightly he was one of our better bats in the SA ODI series prior to WC2011.[/quote'] in england too he got 100
saneindian Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Maybe cos when looking back it was the start of something big' date= no massive....no GIGANTIC! With Kohli we do not currently have that comparison. So why not give that benefit to Kohli as well and wait for sometime? After that insignificant 100, he did play some amazing knocks and scored 7 more international 100s (across formats)..so rather than running down that contribution, why not give some credit to a youngster?
