(cant post images here due to obvious reasons but innocent people including kids been burnt alive' date=' keep religion aside, I am ashamed of myself as human)[/quote'] The killings in this world. Becoming so numb to it all. Syria, Bulgaria, now this and who knows what else is happening where else. You open the paper and it's the same damn thing. Someone or the other being killed, someone or the other threatening/striving for a war. As a species of people we have successfully un-evolved and become animals again. :((

And what about the growing ethnic violence between Muslims and Buddhists in Thailand, Philippines where Muslims want to separate and will not co-inhabit in peace?.....world has been silent over the rise in number of beheadings and killings by Muslim separatists as well ......so what's with the selected sympathy? Think I'm making this up? Article 1 (warning: extremely graphic) Article 2 (PBS) Article 3 Article 4 Article 5 (killing harmless monks) Article 6 (rampage in Philippines killing 37 christians) Article 7 (rise of muslim insurgency in Phillipines) Article 8 (wiki, terrorism in Philippines, detailed list) So how come I've never heard any Pakistani show any concern about this?

Actually Rohingya are ethnic bangladeshi people who demographically shifted into burma and there were widespread reports of extremism and violence on their part against buddhists in that district of burma. There is widespread protests in burma to send the Rohingya back to bangladesh.

Its such a sad irony that the buddhists of all people are massacring fellow citizens. But, I do think that the global outrage is muted mainly due to geo-political insignificance of Burma ; there is also this factor of muslims the world over selectively condemning and retaliating for any injustice being done only to a muslim person anywhere in the world, dont you think its hypocritical for muslims in general to expect a majority christian west to show empathy for them?

Whoever did this are neither buddhist or muslim or from any religion for that matter. They are just not human. Can't believe in this day and age people do this in the name of religion. Depressing really.

Well, they don't even do that. This whole muslim brotherhood sympathy goes one way : from the "inferior paki and other muslims" towards 'superior' Arab Muslim. No one in the Arab world gives two fvcks about Muslims being butchered in China, Burma, Pakistan, Africa There is a whole caste system at work here, somewhat co-related to racism. E.g. Pakis don't generally shed much tears for Muslim 'brothers' butchered en-masse in Black Africa. Rarely heard any Mujahid picking up arms to fight in Africa against the Kaffirs.
