EnterTheVoid
Nah, not in this life time. These jokers have no concept of gently walking off into the sunset. Link to comment

Iconoclast
He should at least retire from tests to prolong his IPL career :giggle: Link to comment
Crookbond
@mohanstatsman: Sachin Tendulkar most inngs without a Test 50: 13 from Oct 2005 to Dec 2006; 10 Jan-Oct 2008 and 9* from Jan 2012 to date #IndvEng Link to comment
carnish
Sachin really needs to go. It has become embarrasing now. Link to comment
mr cricket
Yeah, it's getting ridiculous now. He should atleast retire in one format. Link to comment
asterix
He is enjoying his cricket at the expense of teams chances... Link to comment
saneindian
Time for Sachin to move to number 6 and let the youngsters bat ahead of him. His getting out puts un-necessry pressure on the youngsters who come to bat after him. Also, before the series, he did say he will take it test by test, not sure what impact these failures will have on hi own decision about retirement. Link to comment
Deleted_User_1
:hysterical: I knew this thread was coming I had my bets on Asterix and Danda..but Danda seems edgier. Mark my words, his legacy is turnished greatly. 20 years down the line cricket fans will say he like Kapil Dev stayed on way too long. When the day of his retirement comes (and it will come), he will walk off with his head down. Contrast this to the situation if he had walked off into the sunset after the WC win. What a difference 1/5 years make. Link to comment

jairamesh
I think he should at least announce his retirement from ODIs. Also play some Ranji during the upcoming ODI series. Link to comment
Crookbond
To be fair to Tendulkar, his dismissal in this innings was due to a very good ball. Link to comment
vamos_rafa
To be fair to Tendulkar' date=' his dismissal in this innings was due to a very good ball.[/quote'] Correct. The thing is, he has not stayed long enough to be actually judged. He has looked to be positive on both the occasions but has been foxed with good bowling. Link to comment
Nova
He has said recently that he will take a decision after seeing his playing performance after the England series. At least that's what SRT implied. Link to comment
maverick451
From an English point of view I think Sachin should retire, hes started to taint his reputation. You have good young batsmen coming through. Link to comment
vijay50
Retire and do what. Watch Wallis, Ponting, Sangakkara and Cook overtake his runs tally in tests which he accumulated over 23 years.Come on guys He deserves better farewell and records. Link to comment
